Quick & efficient walk-up service. The all-girl crew was impressive. They worked like a well-oiled machine handling the counter, drive-thru, and the kitchen with precision. All while keeping the dining area and restrooms spotless. When I received my order, it was smelling so good that it almost didn't make it to the house. Keep up the good work, ladies!

I've had Taco Bell for 30 years +. I don't have it often, maybe twice a year, only because I try to eat healthier, but I do like the food. The Mexican pizza and double decker have been my favorite forever. The Mexican pizza came back, the double decker, hasn't. Today I had the app special, build you own cravings box, great price.

Order 2 Mexican pizza 1 with no tomatoes they deliver it the pizza shells was dark brown it tasted funny they cooked it old grease it was so bad it mad me use the bathroom just the lil piece I ate it's sad how you spend your money and the food is horrible whoever own the taco bell needs to fire whoever cooked

Excellent only wish they brought back the double decker tacos.
They charged me for 5 burritos and only gave me 4. By the time I got home, my kids & I were eating and I realized the staff’s mistake. I tried to call at least 4 times- but it was busy. This is frustrating.

Just tried going thru the drive thru. After sitting at the call box for a few minutes with no answer I drove to the window and no one was around. As I drove away I saw the people working getting out of a parked car, one with a head set on, that was there when I first pulled in. I did see two other cars pull away in front of me. Not very good customer service at all.

Ordered on the app thinking it would be faster to pick up. I placed my order at 1046pm. When I pulled up there was no one in the drive thru. When I pulled up I was asked to pull out of the drive thru and park on the side. I finally received my food at 11:17 pm. My food was cold. It's not like they were short staffed. There were 5 people behind the counter. Nothing worse than eating cold food you paid for. I won't be back to this again and it's around the corner from my house. I'd rather go out of my way to get actual hot food.

While the service was very kind and great, food was another story. It tasted like some of it was cold, while other parts were warm throughout. It's like they didn't defrost the meat or something all the way, and also didn't heat it up enough. One bite cold, one bite warm. It should have all been warm throughout. Try harder please, other than that thumbs up.

Then the young girl asking people did you order whatever was in the bag, gave my order to someone else. Asked the young girl where my order was she gave it to the wrong person. Had to go inside and it's another young girl in there and said she was the supervisor for the night and they have everyone pulling to the front because of a timer. Got my food and was missing several items. Tried calling and the phone was off the hook. Taco bell will never see my money again. Everyone in the parking lot was upset after waiting 20- 30 minutes for their orders. I ordered 3 boxes & a number 6. The items in the picture is what I got.

If I could rate it a 0 I would , Worst Taco Bell ever . I ordered Uber eats a BEAN Crunchwrap I get a BEEF WRAP! Then I ordered the new vegan cheese fries I get NACHO CHIPS with regular cheese!!! ordered a Baja blast freeze I got a BLUEBERRY FREEZE I didn’t even order a taco and I got a taco!?
