My family and I take an annual trip to Long Beach (specifically, Rosie's Dog Beach - see my review) to let the doggo run wild and free for a few days. We also take advantage of all the Japanese food in the area and also like to stock up at Mitsuwa before heading back to Vegas.
Tajima Ramen is a very yummy ramen spot. The first time I had it was at the San Diego location and it got me hooked. What I can remember the most and what made it unique and stand out to me than other ramen spots was the crunch garlic chip things that they put in the soup. SO GOOD!! It is such a small ingredient that can make a huge difference in the taste. This Long Beach location was not as good as the SD location.
