We had Celebrated my mom's birthday last night Saturday 4/13/24 , the live music was really good and the atmosphere was great.. Everyone said that they had enjoyed their food, but myself I had ordered the Buddha Rice and for some reason it was not as good , like when I had it before... I don't know if it was because they were really busy or what...it also took a while for our dinner salads to come out to the table before dinner, and our waiter couldn't be found when we needed things threw out our dinner service, we were only checked on maybe if twice through dinner and we had to constantly try to find him and flag him down to ask for things ( like refills on drinks ,water, napkins, to go boxes)... I wish that it was a better experience ..

Came here from L. A. JUST for the Kabocha squash bisque, which I literally CRAVE! Heart skipped a beat when I learned it's not usually served until dinner- but It WAS READY! Yeeeaah me! Eating one serving here, and taking a few home for a few days during the week! It's worth the long drive!!!

I typically have a good time when I come here . With the exception to 4/13 my fiancé and I came in to sit at the bar for a drink. We sat for 20 minutes without being greeted or even serviced. Mind you the business was fairly slow at the time so we were really stunned. We decided to leave and we did let the staff at the front desk know three of them standing there we told them how we normally like this place but explained what we experienced and they just looked at us and said oh no I'm sorry. Disappointed and said about our experience.

This place is super fancy yet bougie. Parking is shared with shopping center so no problem there. The customer service is on point. Now when I tell you the food is exquisite and very savory definitely will be coming back again

Tantalum is unique in that it provides a casual yet sophisticated experience. The bartenders pay attention, check in just the right amounts of times AND make a perfect dirty martini. Happy hour is close to when the sun is setting, the water is placid, and the views are spectacular. At night they have local LB musicians that are icing on the cake. Parking is no problem. Splitting bill is no problem Private room available for special events.

The food here was OK, not bad but not great either. It has the feel of a Rainforest Café or something you might find at Disneyland, more of a tourist attraction. I went for lunch with a party of eight. Service was fine, no problems there. The place is large and, other than us, there may have been eight other people in the restaurant. Unless this type of place appeals to you, I really don't recommend it. Just not my thing.

From the minute I walked in I was transported to a tropical island! The open concept, bamboo, plants and view of the water lifted my spirits. My girl Laurel suggested this place and now I know why!!!! The drinks were beautiful and tasty. And let's talk about the food...I do not eat duck but the beef and chips cooked in duck fat were scrumptious! The Mac n cheese...heavenly, the chicken wraps were good and the edamame very fresh with a kick. We shared which made it even better. My "Tahitian moon" arrived with the "Strawberry Fields," and the "mob boss." Mine was very good but a tad sweet. Our server Brandon was spot on and very friendly. We had a great time eating, drinking and chatting! *Live music Tuesday - Sunday *Plenty of Parking. *Located next to Nordstrom Rack *Great for large parties *Recommend reservations after 6pm

OK! Nice place stop by to have some late Sunday dinner his place has a great views of the marina in Long Beach. They also had a live band playing, which was really cool. The ambience is very tropical, jungle type of place. Our waitress was very nice and pleasant. I order a drink that ended up being a little bit too sweet for my taste, She did not hesitate to offer me anything else instead. Opted for my go to drink Which is a margarita Started with the calamari appetizer, which was actually really good and comes with a sauce, I'm not sure but I want to say it was like cilantro cream sauce. And for our entrée, we had a couple of the sliders and the Pad Thai.

This place has really lost its shine. The food is still pretty good, but not great like it once was. The service is just okay, and I blame understaffing for it being less than it should be, but the worst thing is the interior. From where we sat, the floors are filthy, the walls are banged up and filthy, the chairs are banged up scuffed up and filthy, the lanterns hanging from the ceiling are ripped and banged up, there was a dirty rag on the floor, a bucket on the floor, and a bunch of junk and old chairs piled up in the corner. Either ownership is not paying attention or they don’t care. Either way this place is not one I thoroughly enjoy anymore. If you are seeking ambience you won’t find it here, unless you’re going for that dirty third world kind of ambience.

I just love this place. This is our date night restaurant and it's never disappointed us! Beautiful sunsets, beautiful ambiance, and the Asian Pear martinis are *chef"s kiss*.

This cozy restaurant located Long Beach has left the best impressions! Hospitable hosts, simple dishes, beautiful ocean views. The bar is right in front of Marina. The wine list was ok. We had a wonderful dessert. I recommend to everyone! I would like to come back. Come for cocktails and live music. Enjoy the views

I haven't been here in years, so revisiting this place was pretty nostalgic for me. First off, I love the atmosphere, it exudes exotic Asian decor accentuated by the nice view of the marina. The service was great as well since the servers and host were nice and knowledgeable. Now for the food. We ordered the Mac and cheese, calamari, pan seared scallops, and Kobe beef burger. The Mac and cheese was delicious! Very creamy with a nice crunch of the hardened cheese and other garnishes on it. Savory indeed. The calamari was okay. The texture was a little strange, but wasn't too bad. I had a bite of the pan seared scallops and boy was that good. The scallops were huge and cooked real well. I just wish they gave more scallops since I feel like 3 is too little. Lastly, the Kobe Beef burger. This was always my go-to back in the day. Couple that with the herb fries and you got yourself a sweet meal. The Burger was delicious with the crispy onion straws combine with the freshness of the meat. The fries were flavorful and definitely made a hearty meal even more hearty. I remember this place having a good happy hour deal where the Kobe beef burger was half off. It was good without the happy hot deal, but it's a must if they still got that going on! Check this place out!

Been going here for years and absolutely love this place. Great spot for a nice date night or evening out with friends. Also when there is games on it can a good more low key place to enjoy drinks food n watch a game. There is sit down dining along with a beautiful long bar that faces out to the harbor. Also there is seating with couches that are a more relaxed feel of dining. Fave drinks are the liberation which is their take on a piña colada but with more lime and it's 10/10. Tahitian moon is sweet martini that taste like a fruity vacation. For a fresh drink the strawberry fields is refreshing and another favorite We always get the sliders, French fries, Brussels sprouts and fried Brie. All of these are absolutely delicious. Sliders are Kobe and come with 3. Fries are shoe string and perfectly cooked. Brussels are charred with basalmic glaze and capers. If you haven't been here, it's really worth the experience. Beautiful interior, great food and drinks. On certain nights they will also have a live band.
