Best place in Long Beach for Happy Hour and sunset views. There's live music most evenings. The food is Asian fusion and very good. The ambiance is great and the service is very good.

Food and services were absolutely terrible my family and I were extremely excited about going here the server was very rude we attended for my birthday on 7/7 the server informed us it was happy hour the next day I seen that he charged us for the complete prices and had absolutely no enthusiasm. And you may not even need to guess what color I am. The only good thing about it was literally being at the ocean view. I recommend trying the restaurant next to them by the name of Acapulco (which I’ve been before) but I wanted to experience Tantalum boy should I have followed my first mind. The food was also mid. Try at your own risk…

TANTALUM TRUED TO SCAM ME ON SUNDAY! The server Daniel E. charged my card not once but twice. I received two separate charges on my account and the waiter said my card declined and only received a portion. Upon checking my account, he wiped me clean. With no help from the manager who told me “well we don’t have your money” after showing him the paper trail in my bank statements, I talked to my bank and they said nothing was ever declined and that the payment was processing and will post if they don’t refund me. The manager told me even if it says processing and it not being posted it doesn’t mean they have it. After making a claim with my bank, they REFUNDED my money before anything ever posted in my account but they told me they never had it to begin with. How do you refund something you told me declined??? They made me feel crazy as if I didn’t pay my damn near $800 bill. And that night they took double our money. Be careful of the so called high-end restaurants because I told the manager to his face, this is a scam!!!!

The best experience I've ever had this place is beautiful...took my husband here for Father's Day..food was soooo delicious and the water view and the live band was a vibe...I will be coming back again...best place to bring your love ones

Our experience all around was great. We sat right on the water right before sunset. It was gorgeous. We got to interact with the bats and the music. What a beautiful evening.

Don't even know where to start. (Yes, I do). Walked in, and BOOM! It sounds like the intro before you walk into heaven, lol. I hear the jazz melodies, the ambiance of a modern gatsby like dinner; people sitting, standing, walking, snapping, talking, dim but not too dim lighting, a small stage with a live musical band singing and playing jazz/blues music. Straight out of a movie, if you ask me.
And then I get to my seat, seats are beautiful, almost home like, but you still feel the ambiance of a smooth starlit restaurant. The servers were elite with response times, very accommodating. And the food came out promptly, the drinks were professionally crafted.
I had a old-fashion my 3rd time having one and this one was PERFECT. Ordered the brussel sprouts for an appetizer and the beef and chips with a cheese sauce. Man listen! The chips were like a thin steak fry, fried crisp with soft insides and chili powder and salt lightly coating it. I wanna say it had chives sprinkled atop too. The beef was a braised short rib very delectable. I was leery on the cheese sauce but it was so mild, and semi nutty flavor, creamy and very cohesive to the beef and chips. The sprouts were air-fried like with a balsamic reduction mm mm mmmm. Had the right amount of char and crisp and then you get to the heart it's tender. Sop it up in the sauce or eat em dry, they didn't disappoint.

My entree was a pan seared mahi mahi with a mash and mango slaw atop. I'm sorry I can't really describe it like I did the others because I INHALED IT...IMMEDIATELY HAHAHAHA. I was very very pleased. The flavor profiles were meshing very well. I had little doubts of the slaw but the slaw wasn't as sweet as I assumed but that's because the mash and the fish blended very well. The mahi was alllmost cooked perfect. Just a tad bit over-cooked on like the smallest piece of fish (which is understandable) so it didn't really take away from the dish because I can imagine what it'd be if it was perfect.
Afterwards we walked over to the seating area close to the stage where the harbor greets you with a beautiful bright smile glaring thru the window. The singer was amazing, the band was magnificent! The drummer and the trombone player pssssh bravo!
I had a great experience man. I'll be back SOON.

Super nice having dinner on the water with a beautiful sunset. Just make sure you are in the kitchen when they cook your streak so you can pull it off the grill yourself. Ordered medium rare. Got boot leather. At least the fries and calamari were good. Also no steak knives. You have to use regular knives when cutting your beef jerky.
