I've been to 2 Tastea locations so I know now it is not the employees, but the franchise itself. Their drinks just have no flavor! I have gotten 2 different milk teas with boba and they have both been very watered down and have little to no flavor. The boba itself is AMAZING. It's green for some reason but has an amazing honey flavor and is a good texture. Overall, I have yet to find a flavorful drink but the boba is tasty!

This place is horrible in customer service . I ordered something but the young asian guy with earrings behind the counter misheard me? How do you get from Mango smoothie to vietnamese coffee?? I ordered a water as well and bro gave me full on ice. Also, he was wearing AirPods while taking my order like take them off to hear better just a little tip! hope this helps. Anyway, I told them about it and they did not offer to change it but acted all confused. Please do this place a favor apart from its horrible tea and fire this guy.

This is some of the best Boba Ive ever had! Big menu with lots of delicious options. I had the Chamango slush which was absolutely delicious with Mexican inspired mango chili flavour. Not something I get back home so was a delicious change! Green boba also adds to the appeal!
Solid taro root tea here but would next time ask for half sweetness.

Pretty average boba place with decent prices and a nice selection of drinks. They have a 32oz size of drink you can get which is awesome, however they charged me an extra dollar just for less ice, so unless I really need that much milk tea, I will probably go someplace else.

The place wasn't crowded. I went here with babe to get something refreshing and it's worth the money. Boba and other add-ons in your drink is optional. I always get my smoothies with boba.
Parking: We usually park in the 30 minute parking spot since we order to go. However, there's free parking all over LBX.
Wheelchair accessibility: The place isn't upstairs, so you don't have to worry about that.

Never had a problem but they messed up my order three times now. A while back I ordered a flavored ice tea and got a plain black tea? The first time I noticed before I left and they dropped in the syrup and asked me to mix it myself... Kind of confused since it wasn't even busy. This happened again today and i didnt taste the drinks I ordered before driving off. So now I'm already at home with the wrong order.--------Also, no one answers the phone. So check and taste your drinks before you leave. Or check out Boba Tea House in Long Beach instead (drinks are equally as customizable, cheaper, and they get your order right each time plus they have a better rewards system).

Matcha isn't the real one. It tasted strange. Boba wasn't bad. They have milk substitutes and a customer can control the sugar content, there is no sweet option for people who watch sugar intake. The calories posted on the menu don't indicate the amount of sugar. The service was an average boba place service. The parking could be tight during busy hours.
