Pretty average boba place with decent prices and a nice selection of drinks. They have a 32oz size of drink you can get which is awesome, however they charged me an extra dollar just for less ice, so unless I really need that much milk tea, I will probably go someplace else.

This is my third time here. The drinks are sweet and they give a decent amount of boba. The staff are friendly and patient as you order. The first time I went, I found a spiral piece of metal in my large mango all the way drink with boba. I didn't think much of it and tossed the piece of metal in the trash. I already went home by then so I didn't bother coming back to tell them. I went again today and got a regular peach me sweet tea drink with boba. After coming home, I found a small piece of plastic inside of it (on my index finger in picture). Be careful of what's in your drink.

This location is inside the LBX and parking can sometimes be hard because it is a very crowded place due to many other food places being here.You can never go wrong with getting a drink here as everything is very high quality and their quality control is also impressive!They mostly use fresh ingredients meaning less drinks made from powder. My go to is always one of their fruit drinks but currently it is the Avocado drink made with fresh avocados! Super yummy and I highly recommend.Their sizes here are also very generous so if you're craving a drink you can get one here for as much as a 32 oz!They also serve fries here which you can customize which different flavors and different spice levels. It always comes out fresh and crispy, even when delivered! Lastly their service here is always nice and helpful, the employees really know their menu items so they are very insightful if you have any questions.

The place wasn't crowded. I went here with babe to get something refreshing and it's worth the money. Boba and other add-ons in your drink is optional. I always get my smoothies with boba.Parking: We usually park in the 30 minute parking spot since we order to go. However, there's free parking all over LBX.Wheelchair accessibility: The place isn't upstairs, so you don't have to worry about that.

Never had a problem but they messed up my order three times now. A while back I ordered a flavored ice tea and got a plain black tea? The first time I noticed before I left and they dropped in the syrup and asked me to mix it myself... Kind of confused since it wasn't even busy. This happened again today and i didnt taste the drinks I ordered before driving off. So now I'm already at home with the wrong order.--------Also, no one answers the phone. So check and taste your drinks before you leave. Or check out Boba Tea House in Long Beach instead (drinks are equally as customizable, cheaper, and they get your order right each time plus they have a better rewards system).

Matcha isn't the real one. It tasted strange. Boba wasn't bad. They have milk substitutes and a customer can control the sugar content, there is no sweet option for people who watch sugar intake. The calories posted on the menu don't indicate the amount of sugar. The service was an average boba place service. The parking could be tight during busy hours.

There's so many good places to eat/grab a drink at Long Beach Exchange... don't bother with this one. I ordered both a regular and large karate chicken and with a difference of $3.70 ($11.50-$7.80) I was disappointed by the negligible difference in amount. I'm attaching I found of Tastea's website showing what any reasonable customer would assume to be their two sizes. I'm aware that there's always going to be a difference in staged photos used for advertising and the actual product, but the boxes aren't even the same. What was worse than the size difference was the amount of chicken I received in the regular box. I had more crumbs than actual chicken pieces, there was no point in even giving us 3 servings of sauces cause we barely used up 1. The chicken was also dry.Ordered the bootea shaker, taro smoothie, and taro milk tea. They were all fine.

Been here a couple of times. First time ordered the popcorn chicken and fries. Both are pretty good but a little pricy for the portion. Second time ordered the drinks only with Thai tea and milk tea, slightly on the sweet side. Food menu was a little confusing to figure out prices and sizes though.
