Food was fresh, good quality and nicely presented. Nice little local spot! Sat looking out the window. They were able to accommodate my request for steamed Va fried tofu and low sugar content in boba tea!!
Tea9 is located inside the Taishi Hainan Chicken shop.The boba is undercooked and not sweet.The drink is just sweet. I didn't taste anything distinct from the tea or the Hokkaido flavor. I was looking for the usual Hokkaido milk tea flavor, which is a little milk candy-like with creaminess but I didn't get it from this drink.The best part is the mural on the wall. Very cute place. Maybe I'll try their Hainan Chicken one day but their boba drinks could use some improvement.
Parking: I went here at 5PM and there's some street parking. Not sure about morning or lunch time but it can be difficult since it's only street parking.

Came on a Sunday around 4pm. Lady behind the counter was very friendly, made some suggestions. Everything can have boba added to it, so I got the brown sugar coffee + boba. Place was empty but cool, will def have to come back and try the food!

Got the Thai Milk Tea with Boba 2/10The boba it’s self was pretty good but the tea tasted really weird and not like regular thai tea, it was gross :( Also got the brown sugar and it tasted like Rose Tea? The dumplings were nice and crispy and the egg rolls were alright, were a little mushy.
