Tea9 is located inside the Taishi Hainan Chicken shop.The boba is undercooked and not sweet.The drink is just sweet. I didn't taste anything distinct from the tea or the Hokkaido flavor. I was looking for the usual Hokkaido milk tea flavor, which is a little milk candy-like with creaminess but I didn't get it from this drink.The best part is the mural on the wall. Very cute place. Maybe I'll try their Hainan Chicken one day but their boba drinks could use some improvement.Parking: I went here at 5PM and there's some street parking. Not sure about morning or lunch time but it can be difficult since it's only street parking.

Came here on a Thursday around 7:00 pm no wait to order. Street parking. Inside was cute decor kinda tight seating. Service was friendly. They took a bit to give our order so have us free eggrolls. We ordered the dumpling they were a bit smaller than I thought but was good. Spring roll was good. Strawberry milk tea was refreshing. Matcha milk teas with boba was good. Price point was a bit high but understand since it is a small business. Overall, good time.

Came on a Sunday around 4pm. Lady behind the counter was very friendly, made some suggestions. Everything can have boba added to it, so I got the brown sugar coffee + boba. Place was empty but cool, will def have to come back and try the food!

Got the Thai Milk Tea with Boba 2/10The boba it’s self was pretty good but the tea tasted really weird and not like regular thai tea, it was gross :( Also got the brown sugar and it tasted like Rose Tea? The dumplings were nice and crispy and the egg rolls were alright, were a little mushy.

Their payment system was down when I came and unfortunately I didn't have cash on me, however the sweet lady told me to wait and she made my boba order for free! She definitely didn't have to but her and the old man were the sweetest souls. I ended up coming back after going to the atm and I gave them enough to cover a few more drinks just in case. I definitely will be coming back because their service was exceptional and not to mention the brown sugar milk tea here is my favorite.

Ordered two drinks from Tea 9 with only a few people in the restaurant, but still had to wait 20 minutes before we were served our drinks. Once received, the drinks were watery and had no flavor whatsoever. Would not recommend this place and will definitely not be back again.
