Would give this place 5 stars but they're kind of proud of their food. It's really good and the service was second to none. Just a bit pricey. The omelette casserole is a first for us and both my wife and I had it. Super customizable so you get what you want. I heard my wife bragging to a friend later about how good hers was. The potato pancakes were also super yummy. And it comes with a nice helping of super fresh fruit.
We will definitely be back. I just want to be our regular weekend morning breakfast stop.

Not really sure y they open at 6a if service and food isn’t up to par with brunch service. Food is not timely and forget about getting a decent latte. Y cant the cooks retrieve orders from your website online?

I usually like to get things I don't get anywhere else or make at home. Meatloaf breakfast, fall hash, the best waffle in LB.

Rosemary bread and potatoe pancakes are most haves.

Plus they always have tempting breakfast libations during morning happy hour.

Just a cool place with friendly service.

The Breakfast Bar is a causal breakfast and lunch spot popular amongst local. They’re located on The corner of Redondo ave. and E 4th street in Long Beach.

I was greeted by a young female hostess and sat at the corner table by the window. Their menu has a breadth of food and drink items. Its interior decor was modern with an upbeat atmosphere. My adorable server, Trish, was assiduous and professional.

For food, I ordered a Lemon Pancakes x scrambled eggs and avocado. And for drinks, I had coffee and oj. I liked my drink but not so much the food. However, my lemon pancakes were bloody dry and crumbled easily; eggs x avocado were good. Service was spot on. Staff were amazing. Prices were on the high end of its market value. Parking lot was unavailable but plenty of street parking.

Overall, I think it a modest local breakfast spot.

Went here with my 4 month old and my parents today. Both the guys working were absolutely AMAZING! I called early about having a stroller and a little baby in the restaurant and they told me to come on down and they would totally make it work for us and they totally did! Not only that they made us feel so welcomed and comfortable and was so sweet to my little boy! As a new mom it’s always a little nerve wracking going into a restaurant with a little one but not here! WE LOVE THE FOOD AND WE LOVE THEM! We will definitely be back!

4.4 average? Must be reviews from Karen’s and Darren’s🤣😂 This place is like Mary Poppins; practically perfect in every way. Country fried chicken smothered with gravy, topped with two over medium eggs, biscuits with delicious homemade jam, and potato pancake. My dad had scrambled eggs, French toast topped with blueberries and strawberries, and sausage. Both were stellar. Great coffee and a wonderful bar- made me wish that I was a,”Day drinker”.

I absolutely love the Breakfast Bar's omelet casserole - it is a one of a kind. I love trying different combinations of things to add to it, such as corn, mushrooms, tomatoes, and sometimes meat. It makes it a different dish every time! The servers are all so friendly and helpful. It really is a joy to eat there!
