This place really surprised me because there are 2 BB in Long Beach, & the food is so bad & overpriced, I can't believe they are in business at all. The Breakfast Casserole, which comes in a small 6" L x 1" D oval shaped dish is $17 without meat add-ons, which cost an additional $6.75 & amount to nothing more than burnt bacon & sausage bits atop an indescribable combo of starch that was soaked in grease. I sent it back only to get the worst eggs Benedict I've ever had. Just horrible!

First time here and had a delicious breakfast with family. I went with the omelete casserole because it's not something I've seen before in a menu. I added ground sausage and it was delightful. The burrito my brother had looked good and it was huge! This is going on my saved list to return to. A bit pricier than other spots but not by much. Service was ok, waited for water refills and they forgot the dressing to my wife's salad.

This place looked so cute from the street so I wanted to give it a try.

First thing I noticed when I came in was the music playing. Granted it’s my first time here but they were playing Kei$ha and top 50 pop music which was definitely not the vibe I thought this place would be. I was wishing I had brought my headphones.

Ordered a hot chocolate which was ok nothing outstanding.

For breakfast I got two eggs over easy with turkey sausage plus some extra. The turkey sausage was disappointing. Tough, chewy, and with no flavor. The eggs were super runny and could have been cooked a minute longer. 😕 I have made better eggs and sausage at home.

The only good thing about the meal was the rosemary sourdough bread and the potato pancake but I was hoping to enjoy more than carbs for this meal.

For the price too $18 I was hoping for a better quality breakfast.

Service was good and nice though. Probably won’t be back to eat here though.

Great place for breakfast or lunch! The space is bigger than I thought, however, you're still sitting right next to another couple. It's cozy, but nice setting. The options of food is very good for lunch or breakfast. Good flavor for everything. I definitely recommend this place at least once, if not 2 or 3 times. Great experience!

Parking: Parking can be difficult. Though they have a parking lot, it's only for 5 or 6 cars max. Street parking will be best.

Came out to long Beach to hang with a friend and went for breakfast. I love that there is a great mixture of people in the place. The service was great. Drinks were strong and food was tasty. The prices were pretty high though for what we got. I would go back because we enjoyed what we got. Just need to put more money in my pockets!

Finally sat down after a fair 20 min wait and when seated was ignored for about 15 mins before my wife and daughter and I decided to leave to go eat somewhere else. No eye contact whatsoever when we got to the door the hostess ask us what was wrong we said we had no one approached us with a menu or a hello. She said nothing and went about her day.. very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone with a family. Not a good homely environment.

Food was good albeit small portions for the price ($21 for 4 shrimp and grits). The real issue is the price of certain items. $5.50 for a diet coke. $6.75 for a side of bacon (2 small slices).
The restaurant itself is beautiful inside. Service was pretty slow despite it not being busy. Overall much better options around for less $$$.

This place is OK, but more expensive than it should’ve been. The food was good, but it wasn’t earth shattering.

Bria was on duty this early AM ...before 7 and didn't know it was family to the Original restaurant downtown LB. When I realized what waa on the menu....my favorite combo of waffle and eggs I waa thrilled! Well....I waited...and waited....and it's a quiet Monday...but I waited and did I say waited?! Finally Bria comes out with my waffle combo...and let me know why it had taken so long. Something was up with the waffle batter...and after a taste definitely not the waffle I came for. Bria and the kitchen kept trying to get the waffle we both love...and it wasn't happening. Bria could have done a "tough luck" thing...but she didn't she was caring about the quality and my experience! Breakfast Bar Peoples...ya need to clone Bria!! Thank you👍🥳
