I absolutely love the Breakfast Bar's omelet casserole - it is a one of a kind. I love trying different combinations of things to add to it, such as corn, mushrooms, tomatoes, and sometimes meat. It makes it a different dish every time! The servers are all so friendly and helpful. It really is a joy to eat there!

Can’t express enough how happy I am with my breakfast, tasty and unique. I feel I’ve been wasting my life living in OC for years.
Thank you Breakfast Bar

Johnny, it was a pleasure eating better today with the Fam🙌🥰👍
Quality, top notch
Perfectly seasoned and with a twist, at times that was good!
Coffee; Golden State Coffee Roasters-Capistrano was on point🙌
Country Fried steak with potato pancake wasn't what I thought it would be (potatoe used for pancakes) potatoes croquet, was awesome!
Breakfast burrito was tasty and filling, sampled
French toast was very good
Bathrooms well maintained, smelled good, with quite the humor... 👍

Delicious! Suggest having the French toast.
wonderful staff & great food
Went on a friend’s recommendation. I love what this place stands for (a sense of community and friendship and breaking bread together). Thoroughly enjoyed it. Sat at the bar and abided by the day drinking mantra!

Good enough food, the tots were excellent, and the veggie omelet turned out well. The service was slow even though the restaurant was nearly empty on a Monday morning. Our server only came around once to offer refills. Actually, it was another server who came by. We were a party of eight requesting separate checks. The best she would do was divide the check by three. This created an inconvenience for us. The deal killer for me is the prices; $35 including tax and 18% tip (mandatory for parties of six or more). I had a 3 egg omelet with mushrooms, onions, and bell pepper, an order of tots ($7.70), and a diet coke ($5.50). The ambiance was ok. The dining room seemed like it would be deafening loud if busy. Overall, it wasn't my cup of tea.

Restaurantji Recommends
I've tried both of their locations and not sure which one I like the best. The vibe is different and cool at each location. I love their menu, and I like the stories behind some of the items. The owners are genuine and very nice and when they are on site, they always take the time to make you feel welcome.

Very bad experience overall. The only good thing about this restaurant is the vibe.
I ordered the Eggs Benedict, but it came out more like boiled eggs—completely overcooked.
The food was disappointing, and the service was lousy. I wouldn’t say the staff were rude, just extremely careless.
Anyway, I won’t be coming back.
