Love this place. Wingstop is fine but I much prefer Buffalo Spot. The flavors are all great (I think I've tried all but 1 or 2) and I especially enjoy the fries and chicken wings with the secret sauce.

This is a new location, doesn't seem as busy as the original one on 7th street. But love that!! Lol very clean & workers are very kind and professional.

I wanted to really like this place. It took the location from a failed eatery that was known for being expensive and slow and this place can't seem to shake that trend. This is a small, 3-4 location regional chain. They hire the kids who are not serious about their "jobs" like it's just after school work. Not like their career minded. And it shows. Took 22 minutes for lunch for two ($15!!!) one Course. No drinks. No sides. Mediocre grocery store ingredients. 4 employees on site. More time chit chatting and goofing off than cleaning or taking pride in their workplace and there no way someone smart would PAY MONEY to franchise this concept when they can't even get their own act together. I really wanted to love it here. They missed the mark. Absentee ownership. Growing too fast and disconnected arms length playboy management mean this brand is doomed for failure.

I visited for the first time, and I thought the food was good. However, the highlight of my visit was the server/cashier Juan Manuel who took time to guide us through the menu and sauces. He anticipated all of our needs; he was just overall super helpful. Thank you so much!
This place is awesome! The food is incredible, but more importantly the service is spectacular. Juan was super enthusiastic and had great energy. I would definitely come again and highly recommend this place to everyone.

Being from Buffalo, it is always refreshing to find a place that makes wings the right way. The traditional wings were good but the level of hotness of the sauces are way off. Very hot is more like normal hot. The fries are over-rated. The cubes chicken on top was alright but the fries were cold and soggy. Oh yeah, there is only one dipping sauce for wings - blue cheese! Don't offer ranch ever.

Love the 55 cent boneless Tuesdays! Customer service here is great too. I requested for my order to be put into one big container instead of several of the smaller ones to reduce plastic waste. They had to problem fulfilling my request.

I was super excited to try out this place but to be honest it was the WORST wings I've ever tried. Honestly, how can you go wrong with basic mild buffalo sauce? I ordered the 10 pc mild sauce boneless wings. When I got my order I immediately noticed something was off with the color of the sauce. I knew right away they weren't going to be good, but I thought ok I can't judge them by the looks. So as soon as I sat down I smelt them and it wasn't your typical buffalo smell, so at this point I'm like ok what is going on. I took the first bite and that's the moment I knew I was right they weren't good. Honestly the sauce was disgusting to the point where I wanted to puke, and I had a stomach ache right after.

He was very helpful and explained how to order. He was very friendly. We ordered the buffalo fries with Mild and Chipotle sauces and would definitely go back to try the other flavors.
