I waited for 15 minutes and when I said excuse me to the lady in the back she came up and said "I'm doing something in the back, I'll get to you when I get to you" and shot me a dirty look. I was just trying to get fries and the attitude was crazy

Delicious Buffalo Fries! I recommend the Jamaican Jerk or Mango Habanero with special sauce on top! Can't go wrong with The Buffalo Spot. It is one of my go-to places when I am in the area. Whopper Shake was also delicious!

Ordered takeout for boneless wings Tuesday. The PLASTIC to go container was melted into the wings. If you look at the California website of CANCER causing materials, PLASTIC to go containers definitely fall into that category!!! Would you
like some CANCER with your to-go order? Don’t worry! Buffalo Spot in Long Beach here to help you with that! Quit dumping 350 degree fresh from the fryer into PLASTIC CONTAINERS! OMG????

Listening to the customer or repeating the name to double-check you give the correct order right is very important! I placed my order, and 30 min later, I still had to wait for it. The young lady at front had told me "oh its still being cooked " when I walked in and gave my name for pickup, to my surprise within minutes another man walks in and says "excuse me, this is not my order, this is for Nayeli" (ME) then the same cashier grabbed it and wanted to just hand it to me like nothing had happened. I worked in food service before, and serving food that another customer brought back IS NOT SANITARY. So I kindly asked to get it made again, which, to my surprise, the SAME cashier just responded, "Oh no problem, I'll just repackage it in a different container" I was very disappointed so I kindly asked to get a refund, I'll take my money and go somewhere else, unfortunately I could get that either because THE MANAGER wasn't on site so the cashier in the back told me "we could give you free wings, your receipt so you can come back another day" that wasn't my point at all. It's unfortunate all this happened, I've been coming to the same location for years, but after today's accident, not anymore.Very delicious food, but NO MANAGER on site is like leaving a house with 3 children and no adult. Please do better, The Buffalo Spot!

Always super late for door dashes. Today 4 people talking NBA instead of making shakes for an already 15 min late order. Had to yell to get them to stop talking and actually come to the counter. Just to have to repeat myself over and over to be told oh we need the shakes still back to talking basketball.Don't respect your time the customers or thier own. Trash

I come here often for the food and good service, but this time the female cashier was unwelcoming and rude. 2 Items of our order were incorrect, and while we didn't mind waiting for it to be fixed, the cashier roller her eyes when we came back to get the proper size we paid for (we paid for a regular but got small). The food is good as always, but the service was dissapointing this trip
