I ordered an Ice Blend Ginger Bread Drink online, and when I came to the store to pick up my drink I found it without whip cream. I complained about it to the worker who made it but she insisted that it " doesn't come with whip cream standard unless stated." Definitely upset because this isn't the first time I had issues with this location.

We liked this Coffee Bean, had a great customer service and they were awesome. Their hot chocolate is really good. I just wish they made their smoothies differently, we are not fans of them.

I’ve been coming to this coffee bean for a good 20 yrs. I’ve been hooked on caramel ice blended since I was high school!

I appreciate this location in particular bc it continues to feel like a local coffee shop even though it’s a major coffee chain.

The staff is great, always personable and helpful. The community involvement during First Fridays is always nice and I always love to see old friends either working there or pass through there.

Never been mistreated like the one uptown whittier, the unprofessional ladies are rude nit getting g me use the restroom ,attitude horrible am nit the only 1 been mistreated and company to let them kniw these youngsters work is poorly ,I had to clean up the restroom ,these "females" Employees need to ve fired & I wont go back , but here always treat me & others am with kind , and helpful .Thank you fors howing me kindness. The best coffee bean location. Competent staff, quick, polite, and most importantly accurate to the T when it comes to getting the order right. Haven't been able to trip them up yet. 10/10. Don't make the mistake of ordering from the Traffic Circle location despite it's proximity to the university it's full of incompetent employees. This bixby location is solid gold.

This place sucks I wanted the cup in the picture it was marked 50% off and then I was told that I was going to get that deal and right before it happened the lady goes oh one of our employees must have made a mistake and they said they would still honor it but then they end up going back on the word and I wasn't able to get it
