First time at this Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf location and I enjoyed it. Service was wonderful and quick even though it was a lot of customers waiting. So I had to go back and the service and atmosphere was the same. I was greeted and respected by both servers. Whom were professional, pleasant and kind. Thank you for your help with order. It was welcomed in this day and time, I appreciate it.

I have been a Coffee Bean regular ever since I found out that Starbucks helped the grocery lobby sue a state, after the citizens of that state voted to have labels on their food products. The grocers didn't want to put labels. So, not a Starbucks fan anymore. Coffee Bean's recipes are totally different. Their espresso drinks are thicker and creamier due to the powders they use. I also really like their merchandise. Very cute, and they have seasonal stuff. In their stores, they have comfortable seating, great music, and happy baristas. To top it off, the stores are always super clean. Cheers!

In order at this location I’m person and through DoorDash on almost a daily basis. I usually never have an issue here but the last 2 times I ordered I had a small issue with the items in delivery service. Chelsea and company were very kind and communicative and were able to resolve my issue immediately. There’s no questioning this store has great management and an excellent crew. Thank you for your great service!

The staff here are incredibly friendly and very attentive to the customer's needs. Showed up here for the first time and was very pleasantly surprised. Also the drinks were super tasty, definitely coming back again very soon!

I miss when Leanne was a manager. The people there currently or so rude for no reason. Yall even rude to the old people and dont know how to say thank you. If you dont wanna to be there go work at starbucks

I ordered an Ice Blend Ginger Bread Drink online, and when I came to the store to pick up my drink I found it without whip cream. I complained about it to the worker who made it but she insisted that it " doesn't come with whip cream standard unless stated." Definitely upset because this isn't the first time I had issues with this location.
