I went here so many times in college to grab one drink and one drink only: A matcha green tea ice blended drink. There is no coffee in this drink. I came here to frequently during my undergraduate years that I learned how to make this beverage at home. I think The Coffee Bean is so much better than Starbucks but doesn't get the same hype. Definitely come here if you want to avoid the lines.

Ordered a cold brew, and waited about 20 mins. I was seeing people that were in line after me get their drinks. Went up to the barista and asked about my drink, and she said they were getting to it; they're backed up... I waited 10 more minutes and people that came in way after me were getting their drinks. One of which was a cold brew. I ended up just leaving without my drink.I know they're busy, but man it still sucks... I wasted my time and money

Slow service long waits and ignorant rude girls who act like they are the Hods of making Tea and Coffee. When you complain to these sloths they then assume that you are the rude one but as one discusses her date with the guy who dumped her the others take what seems to be 5 minutes cutting a Bagel in half.....it's a miserable situation to Hera these women or what ever they are claiming to be complain rather that complete their jobs....stick with Starbucks at least you get better war hustling

Waited 26 minutes for coffee. When I asked them about it they casually said oh we must have skipped you! I saw people have the same issue which is what prompted me to ask about the order. Don’t come here if you’re headed to class. Thankfully I didn’t but I could see the frustration in other students as their orders were being skipped or taking longer than it should.

Ever since they got rid of the two Starbucks we had on campus, this is the last place on campus to get good caffeine. I recommend downloading the app and placing a mobile order ahead so that maybe by the time you get to the store your order is ready. They are absolutely slammed. Always have a line or a crowd waiting for their drinks. There's not really anywhere in the store to sit but I don't think your want to side inside the store. It's loud with blenders goin Goff.The tables belong to Robeks. There's indoor seating inside the USU and there's nice outdoor patio to sit and people watch.

First of all, I have been a Starbucks fan for the longest. I don't like their coffee but I always get a refresher or the iced Matcha. But today was first day on campus and I needed a pick me up!!! I ordered a Mocha Latte with oat milk and an extra shot of Espresso! Let me just say, Starbucks who? I will for sure be going back for that morning ass-kicker! The baristas were super friendly and fast. I don't even think I waited a whole 5 minutes! I did notice a lot of people waiting for pick-up orders. So when I walked in there wasn't anyone in line. In and out is how I like it! The latte was tasty and kept me up during my next class.

They are always backed up which isn't their fault but the app needs to be updated. I mobile ordered for 10:55 and arrived at 11:00, didn't receive my food until 11:20. Joke of a business.
I come here often, only in the mornings. Very friendly staff asides from the one girl who clearly hates her job and has a poor attitude. Is grumpy every time I go there. She should just quit if she cannot show basic decency. Everyone has their days but to project that energy onto others every time you come into work and so early in the day, either quit or get retrained. She needs to treat all customers nicely and equally too.

They haven't updated their hours on yelp, but they're officially back open from 7am-7pm! It's the best spot for coffee on campus and it's located right in the heart of CSULB @ the USU. I recommend using the app to order ahead as well as earn points. If you don't, you will be stuck waiting in line for 15 minutes, and then another 15 mins for your drink. App orders are picked up at a table off to the side, which is kind of iffy as it's basically an honor system.
