I was a EVGO customer today and all of the booths were busy except for one
I went inside the coffee bean very respectfully asked who’s car is in the EV parking spot who doesn’t even drive an EV
The manager on shift Brittney responded very rude and nasty
I waited for 20 minutes in the store for her to just move her car there where plenty of other spots to park
I was then talked back too by Celine and the other female employee on shift
Brittney had no problem yelling at me saying she is a manager and a supervisor
Needless to say all this was definitely preventable I actually It took more time to answer back with an attitude and be nasty than it would to move parking spots I’ll be contacting the GM in the morning

Lost in my car. Called the number for help. Google map not working. Car smelled hot by now, needed directions. Arrived at CB on Spring. The drive thru gal said the phone didn't ring . It's posted on the website, yet it doesn't ring. Ok. Thanks alot

I love that they sell the powder used for their drinks so I can have the opportunity to make it at home. I add the mocha powder to my coffee and it tastes so much better.

Short Care

THIS COMPANY HAS NO LIVE PERSON AGENTS, YOU ALSO CANT LEAVE A COMPLAINT AS THERE SYSTEM DOESN’T WORK! Very disappointed in my visit to the specific location. I had a coupon to be used on Thursdays for a $4 mocha/vanilla ice blended drink. After ordering I asked if they could hold the coffee extract as it makes me stay awake all night. At the register I was told I couldn’t use the coupon because the drink couldn’t be wrung up. I didn’t understand as the coupon was for the mocha/vanilla ice blended drink. I was then told that because I wanted the coffee removed it would change the drink it a pure something(who knows) and that the coupon couldn’t be used for that. I didn’t ask them to add anything else; simply didn’t want the coffee extract. Why they would need to input a different drink into the register because it didn’t have coffee is beyond me. I asked to speak with a manager as it just didn’t make sense to me. My asking to remove the coffee extract my thought was made the drink less expensive for the company. I brought this to the managers attention and she stated the corporation makes them change how the drink wrung into the computer. It was hot and I truly didn’t want to let this vex my spirit so I said ok; I will simply take my business to Starbucks where they have no problem with just simply removing the coffee and still using the coupon. On Friday morning I called to 3 different locations in Long Beach and was told this location was simply making it hard on me; that my request to remove the coffee extract absolutely was cheaper for the store and that if I wanted to use the coupon again on a Thursday they would be happy to make it for me. It’s a shame I went out of my way to visit because I have loved the coffee bean and tea leaf for decades and this store was the closest to me at the time. This visit left a very bad taste in my mouth and I most likely will never come again to this location ever. Honestly being told this is how their corporate office operates I’m not sure I would bother with any of them again. Not a huge fan of Starbucks but can say at least they try to be helpful to the customer. Very disappointed!

Ordered my standard caramel latte...extra hot. Love The Coffee Bean...just frustrating that I almost always have to remind the barista to add foam to a latte. As for the temp, that is hit and miss as well. I ask for extra hot just hoping to get normal hot...which is gamble. Also my beverage had a unfamiliar taste to it so I am not what they did wrong. I did to not make a fuss and just dealt with it. Also while I was just this this location Saturday 5/31 and my order was not extra hot and I had to ask for foam. While at the pick up counter I noticed months of dust collected on the computer monitor and stand which sits above/next to the powders used to make the beverages. Even the lids to the coffee bean holders were caked in dust. So I am sure you can imagine where the dust is dropping into. Mgmt needs to do a much better job of cleaning. Not sure I will be returning to this location. Maybe if I return I will grab a photo...hopefully I would not need to and mgmt would have addressed that issue.

Two times in the last month they give me the wrong drink. I order a small latte not a hot chocolate. They are stealing my money at this point. I don’t have time to go back and return my drink. Absolutely horrible.

I got coffee in my ice 🤡 just because when I walked in my app order was not on counter I can only assume staff member thought I was trying to get an extra coffee. Amazing way to start my Monday, thanks coffee bean 🧍🏽‍♀️
