I got coffee in my ice 🤡 just because when I walked in my app order was not on counter I can only assume staff member thought I was trying to get an extra coffee. Amazing way to start my Monday, thanks coffee bean 🧍🏽♀️

This location has the RUDEST employees! They are always out of stock on their menu items-especially the seasonal drinks such as the winter dream tea latte! I have visited this place 3 times on various occasions and they always claim to be out of stock! How is that possible? How can you not have a menu item that is only around for about a month or two? How do you not order enough? Is it a poor inventory management issue?

Really Cozy Place and friendly service. Love ❤️ the couch inside and EV charging outside! 2 Star less. The very fast closing and kicking out customer but the guy Saturday really bad rushing home. Also why would you create a difficult long code to remember to get into bathrooms??

This location is very hit or miss. Sometimes they're very friendly and your order is perfect other times they're very rude, slow moving and your order will be incorrect. Lately my family and I have been going through the drive thru regularly and the same girl working the window (Bianca) is very rude, unfriendly and has messed up our order every single time. I recommend ordering inside or going to a different location.

Sunday morning at 10:34. Father's Day. Line has not moved in 8 minutes. Cars backed up on highway. Girl told me she went in to try and make it faster and they are prioritizing mobile orders.
