I rarely treat myself and I thought, I'm a hard working mom, I deserve to get myself a drink. My iced chai latte was a huge disappointment. Hardly any ice. Melted and it tasted more like straight milk and little chai. I regret making this purchase and a waste or a treat for myself.

Dropped by on a Thursday afternoon, 2:30pm. Vibes were calm but the drive thru seemed busy. Service was quick and friendly. Enjoyed a hot vanilla chai latte while handling some work. Cool spot, 10/10, def recommend.

Their largest coffee isn't as big as a Starbucks venti so I often go to Starbucks instead even though I would rather give Coffee Bean my money. Give the customers what they want. Their toasted bagels are really good, though.
I'm frustrated with this coffee bean location. I am not going to drink the "peppermint mocha ice blended" I just left the drive thru with, because it seems to be just ice, milk, & the chocolate sauce around the cup? Where is my peppermint mocha flavor?Ordered just a cup of hot coffee the other day and left drive thru with a drink that was green, and before that ordered a mocha ice blended and got one that again, was white and tasted like ice and milk, not even vanilla as a white one should.This is pretty recent, I never used to have regular problems with this store. I will happily update my experience if something changes but I guess I gotta start taking back the mis-made stuff because it sucks to pour it in the sink when I get home. Last, as much as I don't like giving a poor star rating on the staff section because they are always really nice and all, I have to say these are things that only happen when a team is not communicating with each other and/or not paying attention. I'm always gonna love coffee bean but I really want this issue to stop!

Service inside the last three times is awful...only one usually inside...not greeted and wait a few minutes until someone stops talking to come over...drink usually ok...always out of gift cards or special coupons...never knows when they will been. No longer a customer there!

I go to this coffee bean location because of how convenient it is since it's the closest to my college campus. It is usually not that loud so it is the perfect space to come and do homework/study. Most of the time my drinks are good but there have been two times (back to back) where my drinks have been awful. Both times they were busy with both store and drive-thru orders so I didn't want to bother them with remaking my drink. I ordered a Regular Vanilla Iced Coffee and there were chunks of sugar sitting at the bottom of my drink. It almost looks like brown sugar. I tried mixing it but it does not mix with the drink and I was not able to drink my coffee.

This is my favorite coffee bean ever. I purposely go to this one even though it's a litter farther from my house because the service is consistent and reliable. If you're like me and don't want to get out, the drive thru option is efficient and quick, and in the rare occasion that there is a long line, it's moves fast. Always.I sometimes work late hours and really REALLY appreciate that they stay open late until 10 PM....and they actually do stay open until 10, and don't start shooing customers away at 945 or 950 like some other places. I also sometimes order delivery and they always get my order correct (which is nice because a lot of places slack when it comes to mobile food orders)When I first moved to the area and started coming here I noticed this one younger employee in particular named Miguel, who knew my order after just a handful of times of me coming there. I eventually introduced myself and to this day, over a year later, he always greets me by name. He has never messed up my order, not even once (and I come a lot now) and is just a genuinely sweet kid who enjoys his job. Sometimes it's the little things in our mundane & daunting lives that really make the most difference and make you feel special. Thank you Miguel and the rest of the crew for all that you do. You're all so great!!Parking: Easy to park as they have their own parking lot and drive through. There is always available parking spots.
