Always have friendly bartenders and the food is mostly above average for pub food. More run and relaxed to watch sports here instead of the chaotic Legends or Panama Joes vibe.

Server was friendly….though a little slow in delivery and checking back…in fairness he looked like the only server working … would definitely go back

Really friendly/attentive staff, the outdoor patio area feels secluded and special. Cute little pug running around. Slider, pub burger, fried pickles, shoestring fries all very tasty. Went with my young sons for a sports fundraiser, would like to return with my husband for a date night. Loved the overall vibe.
Parking: Had to park in nearby neighborhood. Kind of a pain in the a$$ but surrounding area is safe.

Food was surprisingly good, had a pasta and some cheese fries with an amazing cheese sauce. Mostly a bar as for the vibe. Limited tap list but some craft beer. At 5pm on a weekday not busy, but there were 3 different parties in there with small kids who were a little noisy. Good for parents I suppose, not me.

Came for the food and football. Didn’t realize I’d be attacked by the locals for not being from here. Otherwise a great establishment. Beware the local crowd. One in particular.

We ate breakfast on the patio. Took a picture next to the British crawling ivy wall and red phone both to tell our friends we had been out of town. Food was wonderful. Service was excellent.

Firkin Pub & Grill is a great spot to unwind after a long day, catch a game, or enjoy a night out with friends. Just be prepared for the potentially steep beer prices!

Love everything about this place. The food is incredible, the breakfast is even better. The back patio is well lit with lots of plants. I especially enjoy being able to watch Arsenal football matches, and other premier league football here at this bar.

If you haven't been to Firkin's yet then you're missing out! Great service and some of the best bar food I've had in a loooong time!
Service: 10/10
I'm one that always sits at the bar, it's just more prompt service in my opinion. I came during an early afternoon on a Friday and it was empty other than 2 parties that were also sitting at the bar. I sat down and was greeted within 5 minutes and offered a drink. My bartender was very kind, patient, knowledgeable of the menu and great at recommending menu items.

It doesn't take much to impress me so the brick interior and wood finishes stirred up a warmth within me and made me stay when I saw how empty it was (there were two parties of two people there), because a low turn out usually means the place isn't the best, not with this establishment fortunately! Simple and clean, I would trust eating here. Overall this establishment has very simple decor, but feels welcoming.

Fried zucchini is a hit! Seasoned and fried to perfection, each bite just melted in my mouth. This will be my go to when I come back in the future.
Wings were ok, if they start to offer dry rub options I would definitely come here just for the wings and beer! The wings were cooked great and maintained their succulent juices, but I'm more into naked or dry rubs and the fact that the wings had zero flavor ruined the experience for me. I also tried their vegan ranch and to be honest the taste is great! But I don't care for how watered down the ranch is.
The heart cake is a big no for me. I tried the one piece side option and overall I couldn't wrap my taste buds around it. The taste was too powdery for me and the cake did not go well with the tartar sauce it was paired with. The pickled onions did give it some life, but not enough to make me want it ever again.
The clam chowder is amazing!!! It's a strong second in the best clam chowders I've ever had and that's only because I've had clam chowder at the San Francisco pier. There is a herb that I could taste, but can't figure out what it is! It keeps this chowder from ruling the number one place on my personal chowder chart, but wasn't enough to ruin the whole experience. The soup and bread (OMG the bread!) was simply the best part of my Firkin experience!
I tried a guava wheat beer and it was surprisingly tasty! I normally don't enjoy can beers, but I enjoyed this one very much! I then ordered the LB beer lab blonde they had on tap and enjoyed that one as well, but I love blondes in general so I may be biased.
I will definitely come back here! This has been the best bar food I've had in such a long time.
