Pretty pretty prettay good! Quick delicious and no muss no fuss. Shrimp and oyster plate was (from looking at the area) surprisingly good. I'll be coming back to this place.

I placed a delivery order of catfish and fries. My order was extremely late. But, although I had to reheat the meal, the fish filets were substantial and seasoned perfectly.

i was excited to try this place because i pass by often . unfortunately it's very underwhelming and overpriced . the fish didn't taste fresh , was bland in flavor and fried very hard . the shrimp was battered like chicken and also bland in flavor and undercooked . sweet potato fries were also undercooked and the roll was very dry . the hush puppies had a nice flavor but a bit salty and the macaroni salad was tasty but had a lot of mayo .and the house sauce tastes like cane sauce . i wouldn't recommend this place nor do i believe i will try again . very disappointing

Great portions, nicely seasoned. Fish was crunchy on the outside and flaky inside. The catfish was fileted and fresh.

Great food and super clean! When the guy is working the customer service is exceptional. With the ladies the customer service is very poor , I always call to see who's working. But over all the best shrimp and fried oysters in Long Beach.

This is my New Go to spot for fresh fish. No more fish places next to the ratchet hair and nail places, no more fish spots next to the homes Cigar shops, although I do Love a Good Cigar, especially Cubans, but Nevermind that, The Fish Shack is the Business, Great service, and they give you one of the buzzer things that vibrates, as your food awaits, Single Ladies you know what that means, (Cue Sanford & Son music.) I mean who would know for some,fish is fish right, Hehhh HMMmm I Digress, Yes I will be back to my new spot! Keep up the fresh fish, and good work, fam!! Out!

This place is amazing. My wife and I have been eyeing up this place for a bit. We finally decided to try it. And it is amazing!!! She ordered red snapper and oysters. And I ordered catfish and shrimp. I ended up loving my food but hands down the oysters were the best!!! My wife loved everything too, but her favorite was the shrimp. The fish is nice and fresh and great portions. The sides we ordered were both regular and sweet potato fries. Mac salad. Hush puppies. And onion rings. The hush puppies were ok, but everything else was amazing. Hands down a keeper.
