Not a fan of the order process. No one to take an order so used the kiosk. The kiosk makes you enter phone # and they text you when order is ready. But neither the kiosk or e-receipt gives an order number.

So I sit there for quite some time waiting for my order. After 10min, 3 bags are dropped on the counter with worker saying something inaudible. But no text on my phone.

A few minutes later I get a text my order is ready with an order number. So I go to the counter to get my order. Worker asks for number, I give it, and then get pointed to one of the bags that's been sitting on the counter.

I had no way of knowing my order number til text came thru.

Fries were cold not longer after I got back to the adjacent hotel.

Burger was fine.

Can you please provide order # on kiosk, please?

Store #98 I have been going to this location for a long time. I so appreciate the entire staff. All of the employees maintain excellent customer service skills. They are all welcoming, Adriel always makes sure I'm taken care of. The Managers are professional and knowledgeable. And I love the music. THANK YOU HABIT FOR THE VEGGIE BURGER AND A TEAM OF WONDERFUL PEOPLE THAT MAKES THE CUSTOMER FEEL WELCOME AND SPECIAL.

Jocy provided awesome service. She greeted us, checked up on us, cleared our table, and gave us a sample of the ice cream! Which was amazing 🤩. Exceeded my expectations.

I placed an online order for the following items:

charburger with cheese, lettuce, extra pickles, ketchup
onion rings
tempura green beans

I placed the order and was told via the app it would take approximately 14 minutes. I got in my car, and started towards the restaurant. I received a text message 7 minutes later indicating that my order was ready. I arrived at the restaurant and was told that they were out of the tempura green beans, and asked if I would like onion rings or french fries. Unfortunately, my Wife wanted just the tempura green beans for dinner, so I told the manager that I would like a refund for the tempura green beans. He reached into the tip jar, and pulled out five dollar bills. He started to dig around for the $0.07, and I told him that the five dollars were okay.

My Wife and I returned home. I went to eat the charburger and found out that it was just a meat patty with cheese and ketchup. No lettuce or extra pickles.

Needless to say, the visit to The Habit this time was extremely disappointing and I'm not sure when we will be returning. It would have been nice to have been notified that they were out of the tempura green beans because I would have cancelled the order at that time.

Thanks.

The parking lot is crazy and dangerous. Someone hit two cars while I was there. My order said it would be ready in 10 mins and was ready over 30 mins later

Cheapest ingredient in the meal is what you get most of. Way to much lettuce hardly any meat and way to greasy

Gotta ding this experience. Couldn’t order ahead due to app issue so had to wait too long in line and waiting for order. Then 2 different drinks ordered were out of stock

Habit recently removed their impossible burger from their menu, replacing it with a veggie burger patty which is significantly worse. It’s very disappointing to see that they aren’t offering Impossible or Beyond burgers anymore, as these were major improvements to their menu, and were the main reason I loved Habit.

The veggie burger they have replaced it with is just worse in every way. It has a mushy texture and a bland flavor, and is just like every other cheap and uninspired plant based patty which have been on the market for decades. Very disappointing.
