Only one star because I couldn't leave none! I made the order at 6:30 and at 7:58 the girl tells me it's another 10-15 mins with nothing more than a sorry.... Don't waste your time it's got 3 stars for a reason!!

Pretty good. Not much veggie options but vegan burger is ok. Service is pretty good and place is clean, but food is just ok. I've gotten a couple of order mishaps which is unfortunate, one of which I drive all the way home only to discover they gave me a meat burger and grilled cheese instead of a vegan burger. Decent place with good pricing though, quality is so-so. Update: Habit reached out to me to learn more about my experience, and were very apologetic about the mishaps. Decided to give second chance because of high quality customer service, was much better experience, service was good and pricing good too.

Second visit here for takeout. Ordered the seasonal item patty melt. Burger presentation cut in half. Two thin patties were raw in the middle. Wasted! Couldn't eat it! Threw the entire sandwich out. Obviously when someone prepared this and cut it in half they could see it was raw and they sent it out anyway. Never again.

I didn't get the manager's name, but he was Hispanic and had earplugs. He has very good customer service as I was watching waiting for my food and he made every effort to make each customer happy with a positive attitude and smile on his face. That goes a long way for an establishment. Habit burger has a great employee in this manager and hope they notice.

that would work for ALMA,!! I would like to talk about the lack of respect I saw with the app driver!! My wife and I were sitting waiting for our order and there was an app driver next to us, he was kind and asked about the order and was left waiting much longer, they asked us if we wanted water Due to the delay! and nothing for him, what kind of treatment and training do his employees have!? because these delivery people also bring a lot of money to your company!! treat drivers well!! EMPLOYEE ALMA, you need to learn how to treat others well! We will not return to this location!

Had to get a quick to go meal. Even though it doesn't have a drive through the to go order was quick and fantastic.
I enjoy hot food which is why we've been going to the Habit. When your order arrives, it's hot, juicy and delicious. French fries and onion rings are crispy and hot as well. Delicious! I was even given a fun gummy hamburger for dessert by simply asking nicely. Lol.

It's a small world and it's important to to carry yourself in a professional manner because you never know who you will meet. My wife went to get us some food and the manager remembered us from Luna Grill... and she was so cool to pay for 3 burger combo meals. We are so grateful. Make sure you go and check out The Habit they have some great burgers and sweet potato fries.

Not bad. First time eating at a Habit Burger Grill. We were in between flights at Long Beach airport. We walked here to get a burger.
