I went last night to get my check for the days I worked which was only a few for the period, and the manager Bekah refused to give it to me and they said I wasn't allowed in there because I was asking for my check. I'm the only black guy and only LGBTQIA+ man that works there. She was very condescending , and prejudice like somehow I was wrong for asking for my check. It seemed very shady.
Then they all wanted to get my number to send to her to call me as if she didn't have it and then when I said why is that they just seemed like they were trying to do something clearly illegal.
This is California labor code and law

The employer must establish a regular payday and is required to post a notice showing the day time and location of payment labor code section 207

An employee who is discharged must be paid all of his or her wages including accrued vacation , immediately at the time of termination.labor code section 201 and 2273

Whoever the owners are need be in contact with me and Bekah also refused her last name to me and said subpoena me repeatedly while denying a LGBTQIA+ man of color his wages.

This bar is too freaking loud. They need to close the front door!!!

Typical dive-like bar. Dark, pool tables, but really cool bartenders! Not the cheapest drinks but they did a Gin and Tonic just right - twice! And I didn't have to remind them to add a lime!

Just stopped by for a drink and pinball machines, just 3 here. Feeling dark even door is open and was empty in the afternoon.

Good place to chill and listen to music. Bartenders are nice and the prices are pretty reasonable.

Sort of too dark for me...

This place is not safe. I've seen fights, the music is way too loud to have any conversations, and the drink prices have gone up every time I've visited. No wonder why it's always empty. Never going back that's for sure.

DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE. My boyfriend was assaulted by another patron and the staff did nothing. On top of that, the music is loud and the vibe is just plain odd. You’d think it was a front for a money laundering scheme considering the bar is always empty.

I love dive bars don't get me wrong but this was loud, empty, bad service, and this place has become extremely dangerous. For your safety, don't go. The bouncer will watch fights and not intervene. It's also very loud in there with beams of light that produce actual heat when you place your hand underneath it.

Feels like a money laundering scheme. Maybe just the times I've gone but it's always empty and a weird uncomfortable vibe. The security guard wanted to justify my friend getting sucker punched in the face by some stranger. Bartenders are meh. Off putting vibes.

Football, Pool, Pinball. On point. Just like Ferns but it doesn't smell like bleach.
