My friend and I had chicken sandwiches here that were mediocre. I had a chicken parmesan that they must've forgot to put marinara or much cheese on. The garlic fries tasted alright but were not cooked correctly.

I finally tried The Kroft at the LBX Hangar after seeing their Wagyu smash burger advertised. I went with the Peanut Butter & Jelly Wagyu Smash Burger and added garlic fries on the side.
Honestly, I was disappointed. The burger didn’t look anything like the photo — it looked dry and wasn’t very juicy. The PB&J flavor was there, but it didn’t do much for me. It felt more like a novelty than something I’d want to eat again.
The garlic fries were the worst part — soggy, limp, and lacking flavor. I ate a few and gave up.
Overall, I give this place a 5 out of 10. Not terrible, but definitely not worth the hype. Maybe it used to be better, but based on my experience, I won’t be rushing back.

I love coming to get their poutine. My favorite is the beef brisket one. The beef is so soft and works perfectly with the fries and cheese curds. The purple onion also adds a nice break to cut through the richness. One order easily feeds two people. Highly recommend!

Burnt bread, soggy fries, no flavor or seasoning on the cheese steak sandwich (other than burnt bread taste). Took a few bites and threw $20 in the garbage. Fries might have been decent if they texted me to get my food like they said they would - but didnt.

The Kroft never disappoints! First time I had it was when they first opened in the Anaheim Packing District. Went to this location and it’s seems like they haven’t missed a beat through all the years and it keeps getting better. The Braised beef is on point as usual and is a must try! But the show stopper was the smash burger! Easily one of the best I’ve had! If you’re debating whether to try it or not, stop reading and just order!

Worst experience ever. Went for lunch and had a piece of glass in my burger. Cut my mouth and tongue. Blood everywhere. Come to find out they admitted they had a broken jelly jar and that is where the glass came from. The female waitress made excuses for everything and never apologized once.
DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU EAT GLASS!!!!
I’ve been here a couple times and cheese curds on the poutine are always cold.
my son and I stopped by for some quick take out. Everything was fantastic! The birria egg rolls were amazing. We will definitely be back
