Had the wagyu beef/pulled pork burger. It was good, not great. Sort of dry, not enough sauce and under seasoned. Fries were decent but they wanted .38 for ranch.

The steak sandwich was so oiled down and nasty, the fries are not that good either for the price.

Excellent smash burger. I got the double wagyu smash cheeseburger and made it a combo with garlic fries and drink. Both are delicious. Anyone who is familiar with the Freddie's chain (Freddie's is not in CA to my knowledge), this is the style of burger here. Dipping sauce is 35c. The ranch dressing is actually good, made fresh, and not the weird generic bottled ranch most places give. (Sorry no pics, I was pretty hungry.)

Located inside of the hangar, we really enjoyed our dining experience here. Everything on the menu looked great but we ended up with the Cubano sandwich, wagyu smash burger, chili cheese fries, and chicken nuggets. Drinks, we tried their strawberry lemonade and cucumber lemonade-both delicious! We loved the food and appreciated that all the items were fresh. Definitely coming come back!

The service here is great, the cashiers are very kind and accommodating but my problem is with the food. Ive tried it twice now thinking it was a fluke (it wasn't ). I got the country fried chicken poutine and it was a solid ass/10. I was super hungry and was hit with a 30 minute wait. When I finally got the food, i was ready to completely DEMOLISH it but the first bite was so underwhelming that i got more pissed??? The gravy was so bland and a little grainy and the chicken tasted like it was barely seasoned. You know when you're so hungry that everything tastes good? This was not one of those moments. Maybe it's just me though LOL #nohate #lovemylife

When I go to the LBX Hangar/FoodHall, The Kroft is the spot I most frequently visit. The vibe is family friendly. Their menu just hits on that savory, satisfying level every time. My latest visit on 11/28 was no different. I headed to Kroft and ordered one of their Spicy Jack Smashburgers. The smashburgers are new to their menu, and come in three varieties--Original, Spicy Jack, and Pulled Pork. I have had the Original, I still need to try the Pulled Pork version. All come with two wagyu beef patties perfectly cooked. The Spicy Jack has a great spicy sauce, two slices of spicy jack cheese, bacon, and grilled mushrooms, just a great blend of savory and heat in every bite( cost around $15). This time was just as great as before. I should also note that the service there is great, I've always been helped quickly and pleasantly from all the staff, always offered a water cup, whether or not I've ordered a drink with my sandwich. I also recommend trying the French Dip sandwich with the au jus dipping sauce. And the cheeseburger egg rolls are addicting! I get the 3 pc order cuz after having 2, you want just one more. Try them along with the special sauce, you'll enjoy it! Can't go wrong with their eats and their great service, looking forward to visiting again soon

Stopped in on a Monday evening for a quick bite at The Kroft. Most spots at The Hangar were already closed or closing around 7:30, so options were slim. The cashier was super friendly, as was the cook in the back (I was looking for something a bit lighter than the yummy burgers and sandwiches that they specialize in).The recommendation for Cheeseburger egg rolls was FANTASTIC! I ordered the three piece with a side of horseradish aioli, an order of garlic fries, and a cucumber mint lemonade to wash it all down. The eggrolls were delicious, though not as cheesy as one would expect. They were crispy, with a seasoned ground beef filling. The horseradish aioli wasn't quite as "spicy" as I'd hoped- it would've added a nice bite to the eggrolls. Still tasty. The garlic fries are an ample portion (I definitely advise ordering to share!). Fresh garlic makes these fries a garlic lover's dream. Thin, crisp, dippable, and delicious. The cucumber mint lemonade is a hit for me. Not too sweet, all flavors well balanced. Will definitely return!

Chicken Parm sandwich was the best I've had from the first to last bite. No soggy bread for the win! Lovely toasted bread and crisp chicken cutlet (made in-house).Staff and owner were very personable and welcoming. The owner even asked what our favorite item. (chicken parm). My friend really liked the cheese steak sandwich too. Braise beef poutine was good. Large portion-totally shareable. Also, could be a meal in itself. *note to self* If you like crispier fries ask for it to be twice fried Foodie happy dance made an appearance

Food was good. My partner and i ended up getting the Chicken Parmesan Poutine which was good, it was pretty large so we had leftovers! Comes with big ass cheese curds lol but i love cheese so can't be mad! Lol they also sell the hard soda which surprised me cause i personally didn't know Jarritos makes a hard soda. Service was pretty chill, they text you when your order is ready so you can walk around the area to check out the other vendors.Altogether it costs roughly 31.00 for the Poutine and two hard sodas. It's a little pricey if your willing to spend it.

The good:My husband's favorite food is burgers so when he sees a giant picture of a burger he cannot help but crave one. This establishment had just that. This is a burger and poutine spot inside Long Beach Exchange (dining hall). We tried two burgers and some fries here. These are the types of burgers you see in photos that are all brown and orange with melted cheese that look overly decadent and could cause a heart attack. They offer other comfort foods as well like sandwiches, beer, cheese curds and mac and cheese. There's plenty of outside dining next to here. They offer a lot of fun dipping sauces. The bad:The burger lacked fresh vegetables and would've benefited from it. The interesting:I've been to their location in Anaheim as well. They offer catering. Hot take but: I've never been a big fan of poutine because the gravy and sauce make the fries soggy. Plain fries with a dip is definitely my preferred e

I got the double wagyu smash burger and the fried cheese sticks.Total was around $20.The buyer was really good. It was juicy and tasty. I don't usually like pickle but it tasted pretty good with pickle on it. The only thing I didn't like was the bun was too small to hold this big tasty burger patty and the bottom bun was kind of soggy with the sauce. The cheese sticks were tasty. Friendly service. Took about less than 10 mins to get my order.Definitely will come back to try their other items on the menu.

I stopped in for dinner tonight. I ordered the cheesesteak as well as the classic poutine. Service was very friendly. The food was outstanding! I don’t remember the last time I ate beef of any kind as melt in your mouth tender as the steak was in the cheesesteak. Literally, melt in your mouth tender. The poutine was also very, very good. I’ve eaten at several of the restaurants in the area and The Kroft is hands down the best I’ve eaten at. I highly recommend if you’re in the area.
