The parking garage was packed ! It's free for first 2 hour's ! They greeted us as we walked in ! We got the Raspberry Dream pie, The Dutch Apple pie & 2 slices of the Salted Carmel with Chocolate ! Total was $99.98 ! The pies were for our Christmas party ! Everyone said the Dutch Apple pie was full of Apples, but it was dry ! Oak Glen has better Apple pies and cheaper ! The Raspberry Dream pie was okay, but the Whipped topping on the edge wasn't sweet ! The Gourmet Pie Cafe has a Boysenberry Cream Cheese pie that's way better & cheaper ! This was a huge NOPE here !

Everything was really good. I wouldn't mind eating pie from you guys, but as far as buying from you guys again? NO. I dont mind paying the price you guys ask for but make a bigger pie. Large price should equal large pie. You guys are good just bigger portions please.

To be honest I’ve never walked into Laurie’s Pie Bar, I always order online & have it delivered. Growing up my Dad & I would have a spot where we’d get pie. A few years ago it closed down & I mean we had other places to go but it just wasn’t the same. Now to the present I saw this place online & decided to try it. Key lime pie is my ultimate favorite. I decided to give this one a try & I'm so happy I did. It’s so delicious & reminds me of the pie that I’d have with my Dad. Reminds me of home. They even gave me a free slice once, not sure if it was because they know I love it or they’re just sweet & decided “Hey, why not?” My Dad has passed on now but I’ll always be a loyal happy customer here. Sorry this is so long but, just by seeing the other reviews about this place & experiencing the taste of the many different pies there myself, it’s a amazing experience each time, the different varieties & taste, you could never go wrong here. Plus the fact that I mentioned I never walked into Laurie’s but I feel the love over in my own home, speaks volumes. Thank you for the staff for making the little things happy for me & my family.

I love this pie place, I have tried most of their pies and haven't had one I didn't like. Most full pies will cost about $35 which is a bit pricey but worth every penny. They also have individual slices and pie jars. I used to hate pie in general but when I moved to LB I tried the Laurie's and their dutch apple blew me away. I thought man, maybe I've been missing out on pie but then I tried a different bakery a little bit after, turns out no, I still don't like pie, I just like Laurie's Pie Bar's pie.
Definitely worth a try, I get requests from family and friends outside of LB to bring one of these pies to every occasion now.

Horrible Service called five minutes before, was told that they had two pies left. Explained that I was five minutes away. Got there in four minutes and now they say they’re out of pies and I’m saying I just spoke to someone and instead of saying, hey, I know you just spoke with “xyz” and in between that time we sold out. Or when I called and said can you hold it for me? I’m five minutes away. Just say we cannot do that. It’s first come first serve, that’s understandable. Instead everyone’s just looking at me like I’m stupid or speaking another language. While I have my phone in my hand showing them that I just got off the phone with someone in the shop.

What a great experience. Walking through the doors and seeing all of the delicious pies on display. Workers busy creating more deliciousness. The owner Lauire was there to give a warm greeting. ( I notice that businesses where the owner is present are the most successful) I ended up purchasing 2 Cherry pie and 2 Bourbon Pecan pie slices.

Probably one of the best slices of pie I ever had. I sat in awe and had a Ratatouille moment after the first bite.
Very good quality desserts. Love the mason jars and the fact that they have little treats for cats and dogs. Would definitely return.

After an early dinner I was craving some desserts. I stumbled across Laurie’s Pie Bar and I’m super glad I stopped by. As soon as I walked in and smelled the nostalgic aroma, I was warmly greeted by Caelan and she informed me about the amazing pies and desserts they had. I of course went with her recommendation (key lime pie and Dutch apple pie). The each pie was delicious; the key lime was not too tart but rich and creamy with a flavorful crust; Dutch apple was a great balance of sweetness and tartness. Thank you Caelan for being awesome! I will stop by next time to try the seasonal options!

Homemade pies are always in here! Tried the sweet potato, pumpkin, and bourbon pecan for the holidays, and all 3 were a hit. You can tell these are made fresh and with so much love. I am the happiest whenever I support local, so this has become my new go to for pies. There is a great variety and selection, and I’ve heard from so many others about how good it is. Laurie’s is located in a cute area of Long Beach, and the staff is so lovely and knowledgeable. There are so many wonderful flavors to choose from, vegan options. I will definitely come back. This is quality
