After an early dinner I was craving some desserts. I stumbled across Laurie’s Pie Bar and I’m super glad I stopped by. As soon as I walked in and smelled the nostalgic aroma, I was warmly greeted by Caelan and she informed me about the amazing pies and desserts they had. I of course went with her recommendation (key lime pie and Dutch apple pie). The each pie was delicious; the key lime was not too tart but rich and creamy with a flavorful crust; Dutch apple was a great balance of sweetness and tartness. Thank you Caelan for being awesome! I will stop by next time to try the seasonal options!

Homemade pies are always in here! Tried the sweet potato, pumpkin, and bourbon pecan for the holidays, and all 3 were a hit. You can tell these are made fresh and with so much love. I am the happiest whenever I support local, so this has become my new go to for pies. There is a great variety and selection, and I’ve heard from so many others about how good it is. Laurie’s is located in a cute area of Long Beach, and the staff is so lovely and knowledgeable. There are so many wonderful flavors to choose from, vegan options. I will definitely come back. This is quality

Most restaurants simply don't offer pecan pie but I always seem to find it at this location and it's delicious. In fact, we would get the pie here and bring it to Hoffs Hut for desert. STAR a server at Pie Bar was very courteous and a great asset to this pie shop. Good job guys

Wow I think I found my new favorite pie place. Normally, I like key lime pie or lemon pie. However, after I tried both slices of pie that I did order from this place, Mississippi mud pie was bomb! Not overly sweet whipped cream, rich, smooth dark chocolate, and well balanced crust were a perfect combination. I’m pretty sure that I can finish a whole pie. One slice is not enough. Lemon lavender pie was not bad but Mississippi mud pie was ultimately legit. Kudos to one of the best pies I’ve had so far.

I legitimately think this is the best pie I’ve ever had. I’d probably skip the Salted Caramel next time, but the Crème Brûlée, Mississippi Mud, and Dutch Apple were *outstanding*.

A cute pie place tucked away on the street. It was a slow day, so we got to choose whatever we wanted in peace without a line. We took back at least 4 different slices of pie. They were bomb. Don't come if you're trying to lose weight.

AMAZING pie flight, AMAZING customer service. In town for a conference wanting a sweet treat, and we thoroughly enjoyed the pie flight and apple pie slice. The person who helped us was such a sweet soul and so very kind too. Will be back next time in Long Beach.

I love pie, I love beer, so why not both? Pie Bar was soooo good. We got a couple different things, and they were all delicious. Lots of vegan pies, and a vegetarian pot pie (to-go only, you gotta heat it up at home). I loved their banana cream, and the marionberry pie. My two favs. Also, very dog friendly!
