I have been coming since I was a child, and the food is always wonderful. The place has a warm and inviting atmosphere with great service and friendly staff. You can also see photos of people all over the world embracing their love of the Potholder from photos they took, which garner the walls, creating a unique experience.

Get the big pancake! And if you cannot finish it, most of you won’t, please share it with the people around you and just watch and enjoy the smiles! GO MACDADDY! If you’re in Long Beach, California, you have to stop by here and eat and visit & highly recommend!

Parking: Parking is tough nice its surrounded by a residential neighborhood and no parking lot. Its a decent enough area. There's some street parking around it but the spots are usually full and hard to get out of.

Showed up on a Wednesday and the place was pretty empty. Was scared that meant the food was no good. Took the chance in ordering anyway.. I mean... Im already there. The server was great. She games us time to order and made suggestions. We hung out after our meal as the atmosphere makes you want to get comfy. About an hour after our meal we were told it was time to go. I've closed down plenty of places, just not during the day. Come to find out, they are not open all day. Makes sense now. I'd go back. I had a great meal, service, and made memories.
