The lady who was working, maybe she is the owner, seems very knowledgeable about gluten free and made sure I didn't get anything I shouldn't. She was also very sweet! I got the pancakes with eggs and bacon. I started to feel a little unwell from a new medication so I lost my appetite but the pancakes were delicious! I am so grateful for the vegan options - finding a vegan breakfast is usually such a chore and I have to up settling for dry toast and a side of fruit. But not at The Potholder!
