Beautiful venue for all types of events…Wait staff are excellent! Restrooms are nice! Parking is no problem! Love this place…

We had our wedding here this past weekend and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Heidi helped us out with planning from doing our tour, to showing us our options, to planning down to the final detail. She was always responsive and quick to answer any question I had. Our day was literally perfect, the staff took great care of us and made sure we even got appetizers while we were hiding before our grand entrance. They even made sure to grab our drinks so we never had to go wait at the bar. The views were gorgeous and the food was delicious. I could not be happier and recommend the Reef more!

Disappointing

Great venue and awesome view

My cousin had her Daughters Quinceañera there. The place was immaculate and the bartender was great. Great views there too.

I had a really nice experience here as a vendor. I brought a Photobooth for a 50th anniversary in one of their rooms. It was very easy to get inside, the room was very clean and it was wonderful. I would highly recommend having an event here. They have plenty of parking And it's right by the water.

As a wedding planner with over twenty years of experience, I expect a lot from a venue, the managers and the staff. The hospitality manager, Nancy Elbassir, went above and beyond expectations to provide both the service the event needed, and unexpected assistance the day of the rehearsal dinner. The floor staff was courteous and timely. Richard prepared drinks garnished with a smile, and Mercedes kept the food flowing even accommodating a last-minute special request. The views are lovely and the pricing was also exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

STAY AWAY. First off the people who work here are not bad people. Now for the review. This venue is dedicated for FAST turn arounds. The venue is beautiful but the lack of organization and hospitality is lacking. DIRTY! the forks weren’t clean we found one dirty so asked for them to check the others which luckily they did. Also the chairs were DIRTY looked like they had a party a couple hours ago and didn’t bother to clean the glitter off. I expect a clean venue shouldn’t feel the need to even voice these concerns it should be taken care of ahead of time. So if you’re a person who values reviews this is for you. Save your money I understand the view and location is amazing but until the service matches. I just can’t recommend anyone going here. I attached 2 pictures showing the condition the chairs came in I was unable to get one for the forks. Have a good day.

Very conducive spot with magnificent ocean views... Great venue to host weddings, birthday parties, fundraising, etc.

Disappointing Experience at My Cousin’s Wedding
I attended my cousin’s wedding this past weekend, and unfortunately, the experience with the staff was extremely disappointing. From the very start, the service felt rushed and unprofessional. Plates were being slammed down on tables, and staff members carried bad attitudes throughout the evening.

Guests weren’t even asked what they had ordered food. One of the service told one of the guest you’re getting what we wanna give you and it was just dropped off without any other communication. In my case, I hadn’t even finished eating when I went to the bathroom and the server came and took my plate without asking. It felt like they were in a hurry to get the event over with.

My cousin spent a significant amount of money to make this a beautiful and memorable day for everyone, and it’s truly upsetting that the service didn’t reflect that. For such a special occasion, I expected a much higher standard of hospitality and respect.

IF YOU PLAN IN BOOKING ON THIS VENUE FOR YOUR SPECIAL PARTY. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! ITS NOT WORTH IT. I’ll be definitely making a TikTok review. Hope it goes viral.

I called her to ask another question and she responded right away to my call. You are amazing. I am so happy I called this venue for my party.
