⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We celebrated my birthday and eight-year cancer remission at Sky Room during a weekend stay at Fairmont Breakers, and it was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, professional, and genuinely kind. The ambiance is stunning — elegant, timeless, and transporting. The highlight of the evening was our server, "Jessica Agliam" Her joy and enthusiasm were palpable. When she learned I was also celebrating eight years in remission after surviving aggressive leukemia, she asked if she could give me a hug — a moment of pure humanity that made an already special night unforgettable. Jessica elevated the entire dining experience with thoughtful recommendations and beautiful storytelling about the food. She shared the history behind the Parker House rolls and explained Sky Room's brioche/Japanese milk bread version, and guided us on how to enjoy each dish for maximum flavor. Her suggestion to pair the duck with quince in one bite created an incredible burst of sweetness with the richness of the duck. She was attentive, graceful, and deeply caring in every detail. She also arranged for Chef Maxwell Pfeiffer to come greet us, which was a lovely touch — he was warm, humble, and clearly passionate about his craft. In a world that often feels transactional, Sky Room created a sense of community, celebration, and heart. To top it off, Fairmont surprised me the next morning with a bottle of Pinot Noir and truffles in honor of my remission — a gesture that truly moved me. We will absolutely be back. Sky Room isn't just a restaurant — it's an experience. And Jessica Agliam is a star.
The food selection and options wasnt great. Need more on menu. Will not be dining there again.
I loved the food, definitely Michelin worthy! Perfect doneness and seasoning... Delightful bursts of flavor. Very nice serving staff and the best view in Long Beach! Only thing I'd change is bigger plates, I could have easily finished 2 entrees as a normal dinner and still have room for dessert.
Incredible ambiance. Enjoyed a cocktail at the bar before being seated. Had a large party reservation and we were given the private dining room. Made the party feel elevated. Incredible service - Eric was a rockstar!!!! The food was delicious and every bite was a new story. Excited to return for another occasion!
We thoroughly enjoyed our entire experience, from appetizers to dessert. Parker House rolls - amazing! They melt in your mouth. Crab cake was scrumptious and made up of crab and little breading. Short rib was shareable. Tender and juicy. And the view! Highly recommend a stop here.
excellent drinks food and loved david the waiter. the view also was amazing. the hotel alone was magnificent. thank you to all the staff.
Special bday dinner. Went really early to see sunset. Be warned, you cannot see the actual sunset from the main dining room. Still nice. Very quiet at 5pm. All the food was excellent. All starters and salads are shareable sizes. Beef Wellington was perfect.
An excellent choice for amazing food, stellar service, and a great ambiance to tie it all together. This was our last dinner while visiting Long Beach, and I'm so glad for the wonderful experience.
This is a truly wonderful restaurant. It is the perfect place to have a very nice evening out.

The food was very tasty, however, the portions were small for the price. A $6 charge for rolls and butter seems like they are nickel and diming their customers. We were seated near the bar on a Wednesday night, and it got a bit loud, Don't forget to go up to the 14th floor indoor/outdoor bar just for the views!
The ambiance, service and view were spectacular. The duck and short rib entrees were excellent. The chocolate cake birthday dessert was delicious. Drinks and wine were well paired. The carrot, beet and goat cheese side was not good and was sent back. Very special occasion restaurant. Entrees priced at least $10 too expensive and drinks as well. Beautiful place...but could not dine there very often.
I had a great time with my client and the atmosphere was wonderful. The food was good. I had a great time. Thank you.
Came to entertain clients. Food was mid but I guess you’re mostly paying for the view. Service was great can’t complain there.

Great setting and view of Long Beach from atop the Fairmont Breakers. Modern high end interiors.
Friendly and attentive staff.
Small menu but difficult to decide. We like trying out as much as possible so orderwd two appetizers and two entres to share.
The chicory salad was dwlicious although on the smaller side, I could have had double the serving. So was the steak tartare, but seasoning was on point.
The duck breast was extra crisp and a surprisingly portion which we were not able to finish. The shirt rib was very rich.
Too full to have desert
