Eh, overpriced and underwhelming. I got the Kravings Krunch or something which was ground up Kit Kat with some chocolate syrup. I mean it was good but $8 for a small seems kinda crazy for a standard shake. I don't think I'll return :/

A medium size shake for $9? I had the pineapple shake. For $9 I would have liked for it to taste like real pineapple instead all I could taste was vanilla icecream with a hint of pineapple. I don't know if I'll ever go again. The vanilla ice cream was really good and creamy. Too expensive for what I got.

Best.. I have no complaints about The Thick Shake Factory. The shakes are thick that's for sure. I ordered a large chocolate shake and a small chocolate shake. I did not add any toppings, but it looked like there is a good supply of toppings. The employee was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend The Thick Shake Factor to family and friends..
