First time we try this place and it has become our new fav brunch/lunch spot in Long Beach right away!The food is super tasty and healthy, definitely one of the best vegan food I ever had in LA. Great atmosphere and super friendly staff. To top it off, the patio tables and indoor/outdoor space make it very dog friendly which was perfect for our dog (it’s also 5min from Rosie’s beach, so very convenient!)

Can't believe I haven't reviewed this place yet! I've loved the Wild Chive since they were doing pop ups in a coffee shop and the back of the retail store in downtown LB. Man, they have the best vegan Vietnamese iced coffee I've ever had in my life, better than any non-vegan ones I've tried. Their brunch menu is soo delicious and has everything for anyone no matter what they're in the mood for. I love the environment and the staff are always very nice and friendly. Parking at this location can be somewhat annoying but I usually always find street parking or by the residential. Other than that, I always always highly recommend this place for the best vegan food ever!

The food here was great, especially for vegan foods. It is great that they take reservations too. That being said, a couple of things were lacking here that could be improved. Service was one of the issues which while very friendly, we did notice at times that our waiter was nowhere to be found and it was difficult to flag someone down. If you're good with a very casual dining experience, you probably won't feel rushed though. The second issue was that their savory foods seemed to be very salty. I would highly recommend their beignets, those were delicious. Overall, great brunch spot.

With a cute name like The Wild Chive, I wanted to check this place out for myself. The staff was friendly and the service was good. If you're going on a weekend, be sure to make a reservation. They're highly encouraged. We made a reservation and got seated right away. There is only street parking, which was a negative for me. For being vegan, the Vietnamese Iced Coffee and Grilled Burrizo were tasty. It has a good brunch vibe. Vietnamese Iced Coffee 4/5 It was cold-brewed "Cafe du Monde" coffee with house-made vegan oat condensed milk. Grilled Burrizo 4/5 The burrizo had soft-scrambled tofu, soyrizo, sauteed kale, slow-roasted peppers, sweet onion, and shaved herb potatoes. It came with a delicious smoky chipotle aioli. The fries were amazing. I love the chive dipping sauce!

My first time here. It was great. I liked the food. Our server was nice and attentive. Their bathroom was very clean. The whole place is very nice and bright. I would definitely recommend it. We came to celebrate Vanessa's birthday . She's been here before.

When I walk in the restaurant I was amazed at the beauty and fun decorations. I instantly was so excited about my experience that today would be. The server was so kind to me. The food was amazing. The server was patient as I chose something I didn't like. The server right away made it right and I was able to order something that I would enjoy. Chicken Cesar Salad did not disappoint!!! I will sure come back to this cool place.

The food was on top of my list of plant based cuisine! The service was fantastic. The ambience was very chill and relaxed with a homey restaurant feel. We made reservations because it was the weekend. We were seated immediately. All of us enjoyed being there. We are already planning a group trip to go and bring other friends with us. I can't wait!

Holy cow this place is the best. I've literally eaten my way across the US and this is stand - alone as my favorite brunch. I make the drive from San Diego to Long Beach monthly (yes monthly) for this one meal. I experienced terrific service here, the spot is so cute, but the food is next level. Their sausage, their scramble, the coffee, the meatball sub that was on special, I can't even name 'em all but I highly recommend.Dietary restrictions: GF friendly!

The wait is insane. Service is slow. I think we were seated at 2:10 and didn't get our food till 2:35. I ordered the Chive BLT and my husband got a chicken burger. We wanted to order fries but were told they ran out. After about 10 min our server came back and said I'd need to order something else because they ran out of something for the BLT. Ugh, so I ordered the breakfast sandwich. When we finally got our food, we were starved! The chicken burger was good, but very salty. The breakfast sandwich was odd: the tofu was so moist. The bill for 2 sandwiches was $40!!! Never ever again.

The Monte Carlo is amazing I will drive an hour in traffic just for this sooo worth it everyone has to come here for brunch I love it! Everyone is super friendly and make sure everyone is taken care of!

Although I like the choice of music, they play it SO LOUD for some reason. It makes it difficult to relax and enjoy a meal. Even though other reviewers have complained about the volume of the music, the owners don't seem to care, because nothing changes. One time, the music was BLASTING and a dog inside the restaurant was loudly barking. Unbelievable.
