The smashed cheeseburger was very good. The char on the smashed patties were very good. The sauce along with pickles and cheese paired well and wasn't overwhelming and flavorful. The fries were decent.
The staff was super friendly and nice and the service was fair. There's seats around the shop that is mostly outdoors or exposed and there's also parking.

burger tasted fresh the fries very salty there was alot of salt at bottom of tray as well.. shake was ok and there was nowhere to sit w/o being in the dead sun ? i wont return.. drove about 25 miles to eat there & was uncomfortable had to go find a nearby park for my 2 buddies & i to eat.. my buddy says the double cheeseburger was too small to cost $7+

I recently visited The Win-Dow and had a fantastic experience. I ordered the cheeseburger combo, which was under $20 and turned out to be a great deal. Upon ordering for the first time I ordered a cheeseburger chicken sandwich and fries after eating the food I was cleaning my teeth with a toothpick long strip of shredded plastic or string type material between my teeth I pulled it out took a good look at it appears to be a clear thin strip of some sort of plastic not sure how much of it I must have ingested I'll let my digestive tract do its thing I'll never eat there again the food is iffy at best and after finding the plastic realizing I must have eaten more than what I found in my teeth anyone that doesn't enjoy eating non-food items mixed in with their food should steer clear of this place

I love a good smash burger, and The Win-Dow satisfied my cravings. The building's look and style have a casual and nostalgic vibe. When I walked up to the ordering window to place my order, it wasn't too busy for a weekday visit.
After about 15 minutes of waiting, I got my double cheeseburger with fries and an iced tea. The smash burger was delicious, flavorful, and the perfect size for my appetite. It might be on the small side if you have a bigger appetite. The fries were average but still hot and crispy. Fantastic milkshakes and vegetarian menu options are also available.
There is plenty of outdoor bar-style seating, with a few seats inside the order/pick-up area. However, this won't be a great place to dine in during the rain. I noticed many people ordering take-out or picking up their online orders at the window on the left side of the building.
The staff at The Win-Dow was helpful and efficient, especially during the busy lunch hour I visited. There are a few parking spots in the adjacent lot, but plenty of metered and free neighborhood parking is nearby.
I question the 3% "Happy and Healthy Surcharge" added to the bill, which you can request to be removed. I just wonder why the customer pays that. Oh well. I enjoyed my meal, so I may come back again.
Vegetarian options: A few vegetarian items are available, including an Impossible burger, 8 Grain Bowl, and Kale Salad.
Parking: Small free parking lot adjacent to the business. Metered parking along and near 2nd Street. Free neighborhood street parking a short walk away.
