Careless customer service. Just felt like another number. Very pricey for only being simple sandwiches. Also, the salad was served with minimum chicken. It was better before. Lastly, not even an acknowledgment or a thank you before leaving. Just sad. (Monday 8pm)

2017: They're quick, remember their regulars, and make a great sandwich!2024: A line of 3 people (which continued to grow) resulted in a 15+ minute wait. The staff is now half of what it used to be at peak lunchtime, and they no longer make sandwiches quickly. And it's not even April 1 yet.

Workers are slow and seem a bit non chalant about the Line. Mid order decided to assist a door dash order before completing mine. Short on condiments and Chicken was a bit chewy, not worth $14.

Worst Togo's ever! They are supposed to close at 9pm and it was 8:01 and doors are Locked and employees are cleaning so I knocked and they ignored me. I've been here before and it's always something. They should close this location if they don't want to work or the business.

She gave me almost the right sandwiches. I asked for regular and she made large. Then I asked for both white bread and she made one wheat. If your not sure please just ask! I had to over pay for the food she made. And now I hope it doesn't go to waste. Probably won't be back. Thanks for the questionable service.

Sad to say this is the last Togo's to go too. I used to go to one in SA on Bristol when I was in HS . I'm happy LB still has this one !! I love the Turkey sandwiches, I think their bread makes the difference!

Not sure what happened but ever since the new owner/franchisee took over...... staff seems to change daily, soda machine never seems to be functioning, quality of service has gone out the door. Advice to folks reading this.... Avoid the Bellflower Blvd location and go to a different location. You'll be glad you did.

If a store is going to have the fancy soda machine, then have them available. And ice tea should be an option. Otherwise just have the old machine so at least one knows choices. I would have skipped buying a drink if I'd known.

Boy what happened to Togo's. It used to be my favorite, not after today! there was this sign up behind the servers that said Monday, number 9 pastrami $8.95. , including a drink .The regular price was $11.95 for the regular size. I questioned the server on that when I paid because it came up as $11 plus and also wanted me to put a tip in it. He canceled that on the P&L application and then he wrote it in again. The same price came up. I said well your sign says it was $8.95 and he said oh I guess they haven't updated that yet here. I said you should charge me $895 because as of the sign says... He couldn't do it because the prices have changed. I told him well you better remove that sign since it's been updated. So I get my sandwich home only to find out that it's just not like it used to be... flimsy, small amount of pastrami. Nope.. wasn't good!

I went to this location for dinner at 8:20 pm I was excited to try the Dutch crunch bread. I came back home and my sandwich was super flat, it didn't have onions or pickles.Very bland flavor and the Dutch crunch bread wasn't fresh at all. The drink machine was limited.I also ordered a cheddar broccoli soup and it looked burnt.I tried eating it and it was clumpy and not fresh at all. I couldn't finish the soup at all.I gave a tip as well however the food was awful. Not fresh The soup was overheated and clumpy The sandwich was flat and lacked pickles and red onions All it had was little lettuce and two sad slices of tomato.I am so disappointed in the food quality and the poor customer service.Do better!We're paying money for food here so treat your customers better.I rather wait a bit for a well-made sandwich than something that was made in a rush. I regret buying food and giving a tip as wellJust god awful terrible.Everything felt stale almost expired that I got indigestion from eating the food.Togo's do better!!
