We are both vegan and gluten-free so twice baked Bakery really attends to our needs and our taste buds. We are so thankful for their creativity and openness to try new things and this way a lot of us don't have to give up good taste. Do by the items early in the morning because they do go fast

Found this place online in utter desperation to taste a cheesecake again after having to go gluten free 7 months ago. My husband and I drove all the way from Fontana to satisfy my cravings. Everything was beautiful and tasted even better! The staff were delightful! Will be back 100%

This is the BEST Gluten Free Bakery in all of the OC! Maybe even SoCal! I’m so blessed to not be far from here because everything is SOOOO good! If you haven’t tried yet you are 100% missing out on all the gluten free deliciousness!! 😋 Many vegan options! And the staff and owner are the NICEST! They are so welcoming and I throughly enjoy almost everything I try here!

10/10! Everything about this company is incredible. What makes Twice Baked Baking Company incredible is their attention to detail. They take all of the guess work out of ordering because they are so transparent and meticulous about properly representing their menu.
Twice Baked Baking Company is success because of their phenomenal leadership, which is hard to find now a days. When most companies have poor leadership, Twice Baked is led by some of the most high quality people you'll ever meet.
When a company has top tier leadership and top tier food, it's an easy recipe for success (no pun intended). We love working with such an amazing bakery.

Good GF pastries but they are frequently out of most of their menu sadly.
I have been going to this bakery for years and i love it, but this past October Twice Baked made my wedding cake and it was perfect!!! SOoo yummy and super cute too :) I LOVE THIS BAKERY!!!!

SO SO SO GOOD! I ordered a birthday cake for my sister with a ton of food allergies, and whoever I spoke to on the phone (wish I still had her name!) was really helpful with all my questions double checking if the cake would be safe for her. Everything is very thoroughly labeled, and very delicious. The cake was super rich and tasty, and my sister grabbed a bunch of assorted pastries while we were picking up the order (the cake is down a strawberry in the front and no raspberry thumbprint cookies pictured because she ate both as soon as we were in the car.) Definitely coming back!

I surprised my teenage daughter with a visit here during our recent vacation. She was diagnosed with celiac when she was 6 so doesn't remember what its like being able to eat normally. I was diagnosed in my 30's so I remember! When we walked in and I told her she could pick anything she wants, its all gluten free, she was speechless and on the verge of tears. One of us is also lactose intolerant so there were clearly labeled choices for him too. We left with eclairs, animal cookies, chocolate bundt cakes, and brioche buns, and will bring a cooler full of dry ice to stock up the next time we are back in California. Yes, its spendy, but welcome to gluten free life. It was worth it to not worry about getting sick! We will be back EVERY time we visit the state! We got 4 treats and a 2 pack of brioche buns, and that was $36 for reference.

Best gluten free bakery I've found. The brownies and lemon bars are so good. I also love the potato knish. They have so many options and do a great job at listing allergen information on each treat. Highly recommend.

Amazing gf baked goods! The cinnamon rolls, apple turnovers & cream puffs are so good! Friendly staff. I don’t know why it took me so long to find out this bakery was so close to my house. I also really like that they have a “menu” you can take home that shows their offerings and weekly schedule of when items are made fresh. Looking forward to trying more of their desserts!

Just stopped in for a treat. Boy was I surprised to see an eclair. It’s one of my all time favorites. This was my first gluten free offering. The pastry was perfect the cream filling was divine and the chocolate glaze was superb. You made my day. This is a must try♥️.
