Customer Service terrible! Food tasted like it was days old. There was jelly like substances in the red beans and rice. Chicken breast was dry, yams tasted like the pot they were cooked in.
The meat was good and tender. Service was exceptional. However, they could use some coaching on preparing the sides. They were a bit lackluster in taste.
Ribs and beef brisket were phenomenal. Meat fell off the bone and the brisket was oh so TENDER. We had some waiting time even after ordering ahead, possibly to ensure food was warm however it was definitely worth it. We’ll be back. :)
