the flavoring syrups they use are from Amazon which are not good (Da Vinci brand) and the flavor is mediocre at best. Drink tasted like milk with coffee grounds. For $6+ I would expect better. No offense to the ladies there they were great but if you’re going to charge so much for drinks at least make it good. The drinks are basically iced milk with the *thought* of coffee.

Great coffee, thank you to the friendly local who told me where to buy a good morning coffee. And there’s the best pretzels….

Asked for a pretzel and was given a piece of bread that was like a croissant mixed with white bread. Not good. Not a pretzel at all
Good coffee and good prices. Not amazing on the customer service part, but I don’t really expect much from something that only takes about 2 minutes. It’s a small place, right by the arcade. I’m not sure if others want to have a whole conversation with the barista when they order a coffee, but as long as I can get the coffee, it doesn’t really bother me if we don’t chat about the weather. It’s a perfect place for introverts who hate small talk.
I went there for a napkin because my son got a nose bleed and they only gave me one napkin. I was trying to buy water to clean my son's blood off his face, they said the minimum charge is $5 dollars. That's mean. I asked if they could give me more after explaining the nose bleed, they said no the owner only allows us to give one napkin. They explained that the reason why is because people ask for napkins all the time. I get that, but for a kid bleeding from his nose I don't get that. There has to be some humanity in this business, and hope that money is not taking away the humanity of this business.
Hours posted are incorrect. Not open right now. It's 9:05 a.m. on a Friday.
The milk was bad in the chai latte so I had to throw it away.
Was hoping for a good pretzel. Staff is ehh.
One of the ladies that works at the shop likes to decide how much she wants as a tip, she inputs the amount on the credit card reader without customer approval. At least that was my first experience at this coffee shop on Aug 14, 2024 @10:15 am, I call her and complain about it, she has de nerve of telling me that I authorised the tip when I didn’t even get to touch the keypad of the POS.

The coffee wasn’t good unfortunately, they should really switch away from Starbucks beans, especially considering all the political issues.
