Great that there are several attractive businesses again on land that after the existing businesses were forced off by eminent domain, only for the Development Agency to knock everything down and leave it undeveloped for more than a decade.
We can quarrel about the make-up of the eateries, especially the Starbucks, but having a Chase bank branch in this part of Long Beach is definitely a much needed improvement overall.
