I guess I should have looked up the reviews before accepting lunch from the coworkers today. Now im left with a bad taste in my mouth and still hungry. Im not vegan but one of our coworkers is and got us what she wanted and the pad thai definitely has real chicken. Good thing i warned her before she ate the meat. And even that didnt have any flavor.

Fake restaurant in a ghost kitchen that serves corpses. I didn't even see this virtual restaurant on the screen

I'm so shocked after reading these reviews, I wasn't losing my mind! I ordered food from here a few days ago for me and my friend, I ordered the Drunken Noodle Vegan, Pineapple Fried Rice, Pumpkin Curry, Rice and Thai Tea.My friend thought it was strange that some items were titled as "vegan" but some werent...but yet its called "THAI VEGAN KITCHEN" I just brushed it off. After reading reviews this place isn't an actual vegan resturant, its a resturant that has vegan options which is VERY misleading. The thing that REALLY weirded me out was that I ordered the drunken noodles and the pineapple fried rice with their "house tempeh" protein but it was not tempeh...I don't know what it was!! Like some kind of strange mock meat?? I don't think it was real but my friend and I were freaking out. It could have even been real meat?? We have no idea there was no note or explanation as to what we recieved. That was enough to make me not want to reorder.I would give this resturant 0/0 stars if I could. They are misleading people on ubereats with a name "thai vegan kitchen" and they either don't know what tempeh is or are purposefully putting something else instead of tempeh.I hope this resturant takes down their extra resturant listing on ubereats and just mentions the vegan options instead of pretending to be a different vegan resturant.I did some further research and looked up the address to match it with the real resturant name. The real restaurants name is "Thai District" on 456 Elm Avenue, Long Beach, CA 90802 in case anyone was curious.

Smells like cigarettes at the cashier, didn't even want to pick up! Be careful where you Uber eats from. First visit the installations

Just a heads up! This place is NOT vegan! This place cooks out of kitchen that also serves animal products so if something ends up in your meal that looks like meat - It probably is. I once ordered from here thinking that place was what it in facts market itself as, a vegan kitchen. I ended up getting an accidental order that had chicken in it instead. I had an extensive talk with the owner that it should notify its patrons they also cook in a kitchen that serves animal products. When you say your a vegan restaurant, patrons that are actually plant based dont need to worry about these mix ups. Anyway, just be aware that you can end up with a meal that has meat in it.

If you're looking for quality authentic Thai food I wouldn't recommend this restaurant. The food wasn't that flavorful and they use a lot of hybrid vegetables, I ordered a coconut soup Coconut Soup (Tom Kha) Vegan... I asked for ("vegetables no carrots or corn) and I got mostly cauliflower wasn't very pleased. And not a big fan of the flavor. For the Thai basil vegan it was a lot more flavorful than soup. But again considering I coming from the gym and completely starving and had a dislike for any of the food is kind of crazy, because I genuinely just want to eat no even looking for an experience.

NOT A VEGAN KITCHEN... BE CAREFUL! SAME APPLIES TO ALLERGIES!The kitchen fulfils multiple restaurants orders and lacks basic food hygiene skills and clearly mixed up my order with a non vegan version.I ordered spring rolls and vegan tofu pad thai on their website for collection. The order was ready within 9 minutes and the collection was painless. I was home within 10 minutes and ready to eatThe spring rolls were undercooked and bland. They were filled with mainly glass noodles, onion and the odd carrot piece. They weren't crispy and lacked any sort of taste. The pad thai was a colour that oozed lazy cooking and no flavour and when I took my first bite I was proved right. I may aswell have just eaten boiled noodles covered in chilli flakes and no peanuts ( there should have been peanuts). After a few bites it became evident that there was egg in the pad thai. I tried to call them to find out that they have no contact number and I couldn't contact them via their food ordering app.I will try and visit them tomorrow unless they reply to this review and I will provide an update on their customer service.UPDATE: Having visited them during the afternoon, the man at reception was very understanding and relayed the issues to the kitchen. They proceeded to make me a new dish. This time the Pad Thai was probably how it should have been. It was a good portion size with onions, beansprouts, peanuts, chilli flakes and a lime. It had more flavour than the previous dish but still required some additional soy sauce but maybe that's my taste preference. If that was the dish I had received first time around I would have rated it 4 stars. However due to the mix up of ingredients, it still falls below par. I have upped it to ⭐️⭐️ as the return was dealt with well.Dietary restrictions: Not a vegan kitchen. Be careful with allergies.

BEWARE!! GHOST KITCHEN WITH NO WAY TO CALL AND MODIFY ORDER!THEY DO NOT ALLOW YOU TO MODIFY ORDER OR MAKE ADJUSTMENTS, THERE IS NO NUMBER TO CALL AND FOOD WILL BE MADE HOWEVER THEY DEEM TO MAKE IT, NOT LIKE YOU WANT. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN.

It's ok. We had four dishes. The spring rolls were fresh but not too exciting. The sauce was good. The drunken noodles was the best dish. The pad Thai lacked depth of flavor. We paid $3 extra for house tempeh, but got a vegan ham instead. Super disappointing. The tofu larb needed lemon or lime. It was like they forgot to add it. Pretty disappointing overall because things were bland for Thai. We need more vegan places and there aren't any vegan Thai in the area, but it's not a place we could recommend unless they improve.

I will delete this review once I see my refund. I called the number in here to place a phone order. Your name is VEGAN THAI KITCHEN. So I called in to order a "pad Thai and Thai tea". The address sent me to the wrong place. I had to drive to another location and got my food . And went home and it wasn't even vegan. It was stolen cows milk and chicken flesh and chicken period! Pissed
