Just down to earth yummy fish and chips and shrimp. Yummmmmm! It reminds me of Arthur Treachers in Michigan where I grew up. We'd go on Sundays. Fish was crisp, made to order crunchy and not expensive. Great option for great fish and chips!

John and his team was great. They open at 11:15 but he was able to serve a group of 30 hungry people. We got 75 pieces of fish and a full catering tray order of chips (french fries). Can’t beat the price and the speed.Very friendly team, highly recommend !

I was so excited to find Village Inn fish and chips. It's very "old school" fish and chips! The interior looks like what I remember. I'm ready to place my order, then realized they don't deliver. My heart just broke when it read pick up only. I no longer drive due to my disability. I'm so disappointed

Was searching for fish and chips on Yelp and this place came up. So i ordered the 3 piece fish and chips to go. I was a little worried that the pieces would be small. When i got home an opened the bag, i was shocked to see how big these pieces were. Fish was cooked perfectly. I really enjoyed that the batter wasnt over powering. Just right. Really good. Honestly i wouldve been good with two pieces. Now im stuffed! I ordered the fries just incase i did not get full with the fish but that wasnt the case here. I didnt eat the fries. Anyway, great tasting fish. Will definitely have to return to try something else on the menu. Another good thing was the price, $13!

The best fish & chips in Long Beach! Everything is made fresh to order so be expected to wait 10 mins but I was ok with it, it was so worth it. I got the London special so it's 2 fish and 1 order of fries. I was afraid it wasn't going to be enough but it more than enough. It kept me full and satisfied. I highly recommend this place! Will definitely be coming back!

My friend brought me an order of fish and chips.! I had already eaten but had a bite. Fish so good, chip's yummy. Reheated in air fryer. So tasty. Added salt after air frying.'still amazing the next day. You got to try this place even it's only take out!

Great customer service. Clean kitchen. Efficient. Made to order food is always ready within 10 minutes. Family-owned & operated. An "Old School" business, very popular among locals.

Have been craving fish n chips for months & this was one of the first places to pop up! Based on the reviews I was so excited to support this business! They do it old school here, the cashier scribbles your order on a notebook and the chef is right there whipping it all up, they are a cute team! We got the daily special (2 fish, 2 zucchini, small coleslaw, fries) & a 2 piece plate with onion rings. I love the tempura batter! Onion rings were crunchy and the fries were cooked perfectly with seasoning salt! Coleslaw was tasty! The food traveled well! (12 min drive) It wasn't put into a styrofoam box so the food remained crunchy and remained hot! The fish was tasty, it was crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside. I love lemon & malt vinegar on mine, my partner said the tartar sauce was yummy! They had mentioned they gave us a bonus piece of fish because one of the pieces was small, I felt like a VIP for getting that kind of treatment on my first visit! When I left they said "we hope you like it" we did! we will be back! The value of this meal along with knowing I'm supporting small makes me feel good & I absolutely loved that they have remained true to their style with the way the restaurant is decorated. The space is clean, there are a few tables for you to enjoy your meal. looking forward to our next visit!
