I love this place ! It's not a big box corporate store so don't be expecting that. They carry quality items in stock. I don't have to go online to order things and they are so knowledgeable and helpful. Vitamins/Natural Health, Personal Care Items, Fresh Nuts, Fresh Produce, Local Dairy Products (Kefir/Yogurt/Milk), Non-Dairy Items, *Fantastic* small batch White Kimchi.
This shop is the kind of small business health nuts and politicians froth at the mouth for.
The owners carefully manage and review what goes onto their shelves, from what ingredients are actually in their white sheets to meticulous research into a company’s history. They could have gotten rich selling whatever passes for “healthy” these days without looking into their products, but they would rather stand by their principles and fight to keep the lights...
