When I use to work there the plates where full now they serve some miserable amount and the hot sauce it ain't as good as before

Chicken bowl white rice , very little bit of chicken only a small hand I mean a small finger of onions one bag of hot sauce 1 bag of Teriyaki sauce very cheap .

My go to waba-grill in Long Beach!! The food is always fresh and delicious as a frequent customer never have I encountered a food mistake. Shout out to the cashier (Daniel) always greets guest with a big smile and he’s very kind. Also to the cook (Julio). The bathroom is always clean big major factor. Finally the wait time. The food is always out fast and hot, there’s rarely a wait time. Overall if you are looking for a quick healthy meal this is the best spot to find what you need.

I really don’t know what the manager of this place doing people are so rude that guy Daniel and idk what’s the other cashier name but you manager need to do a better job train this people or get new ones that really need the job because this people you have for the looks of it they don’t wanna be there at all worse place ever never coming back here asked for more sauce and they said I need to pay for it like damn I only got 1 and I don’t mind paying but the way they says things so disrespectful cashier guy can’t even speak English

06/28/24 6:11pm Your management has to retrain that young kid serving the food ,mustache and goatee kid working the front. I asked for brown rice and he serves me white rice I didn't notice he had put white rice until I opened my bowl back at work , I overhead his coworker telling him to put avacado as well and HE WAITED UNTIL I NOTICED they didnt add it and told him he forgot the avocado.. you need better work Ethic kid, DO better!

Menu prices are wrong and when I told the cashier he gave me a nasty attitude won’t be coming here again. Rice was cold and the steak was hard
I didn’t gave the service a star the chicken and rice is good the veggies a bit to hard and cold for me personally but the guy Steven S idk if he’s a manager but he doesn’t give you that welcome feeling makes me feel unwelcome like if he’s looking down at me or something idk it’s kinda a bummer they need to change the person at the register this is the second time I come and it’s the same guy attending me and same mood but
People who prepare food at this location does not take sanitary precautions. Preparing my food with out gloves and I’m pretty sure they didn’t wash their hands. Gave my 2 year old food poisoning and it was the worse. Also seen another review how they prepared someone else’s order without gloves, so they must do this often. Big thumbs down

Couple days ago a went to buy lunch some short guy was saying things all loud for me to hear I know because he was straight looking at me smiling I felt disgusted i think his name was David something like that i didn’t go to this place for him to think it’s fine to harass woman like that it’s nasty and unprofessional I’m not coming back to this place again it’s not the first time he also gives me discounts every time I hope someone do something about it i don’t know why they have him as a manager

My wife, Maritza, and I had a nice conversation with David, the manager or supervisor. Very friendly. Great atmosphere inside. And so clean. Wifey had chicken bowl with brown rice and vegetables, and I had a mini bowl with chicken and steak. Delicious ?

Horrible!!!! The food at this branch is GROSS!!!!! I Love waba grill, but the North long Beach location is terrible!!!!! Don't order from there.
