I placed an order thru post mates I called them so I can’t tell them to put the avocado and onions on the side since postmates don’t have that option in there an I stayed calling and calling no one ever picked up . Every wabba I have order from always answers the phone this is the first place that didn’t bother to pick up. So what’s the point of having a phone number if they will not pick up the phone . That’s very rude. I’ll order from a different wabba next time

I was calling too ask about my order they don't answer for nothing I called around 3-4 times and still nothing they should always answer customers calls and not just let them ring they need too be responsible for there job and that is answering the phone when a customer calls maybe when u guys see this let them know to always answer and do they job.

When I use to work there the plates where full now they serve some miserable amount and the hot sauce it ain't as good as before
Chicken bowl white rice , very little bit of chicken only a small hand I mean a small finger of onions one bag of hot sauce 1 bag of Teriyaki sauce very cheap .

My go to waba-grill in Long Beach!! The food is always fresh and delicious as a frequent customer never have I encountered a food mistake. Shout out to the cashier (Daniel) always greets guest with a big smile and he’s very kind. Also to the cook (Julio). The bathroom is always clean big major factor. Finally the wait time. The food is always out fast and hot, there’s rarely a wait time. Overall if you are looking for a quick healthy meal this is the best spot to find what you need.

I really don’t know what the manager of this place doing people are so rude that guy Daniel and idk what’s the other cashier name but you manager need to do a better job train this people or get new ones that really need the job because this people you have for the looks of it they don’t wanna be there at all worse place ever never coming back here asked for more sauce and they said I need to pay for it like damn I only got 1 and I don’t mind paying but the way they says things so disrespectful cashier guy can’t even speak English

06/28/24 6:11pm Your management has to retrain that young kid serving the food ,mustache and goatee kid working the front. I asked for brown rice and he serves me white rice I didn't notice he had put white rice until I opened my bowl back at work , I overhead his coworker telling him to put avacado as well and HE WAITED UNTIL I NOTICED they didnt add it and told him he forgot the avocado.. you need better work Ethic kid, DO better!

Menu prices are wrong and when I told the cashier he gave me a nasty attitude won’t be coming here again. Rice was cold and the steak was hard
The employee Abraham was excellent, great customer service, was fast with my order made sure I got napkins , sauce and utensils
