Just tried the trio tacos. I had the Plant spired steak. it was so good. everything was just right. Cannot order just one taco bc that's not how the plant steak is sold. I was forced to get the three tacos, oh gollyIt was all so good and flavorful with a finely shredded slaw that compliments the Smokey flavor of the PB steak

This girl ordered after me and the discriminating, Cook decided to give her food before me when I ordered first. and made me wait another 10 minutes and then gave me my food. What the fuck. This guy should be fired. Also he gave me no receipt for my order.

What a shame that your Cashier has an attitude. Wish I could take my tip back, but I can't since I ordered online in advance. I got there, waited line, and said I was here for my online order. No communication at all. She grabbed my order placed it down with a face of disgust next to the register and walked away. No customer service skills at all.

Every time I go they never have any meat available. The always run out of steak or never have the plant spired steak. OVER IT! They actually start closing at 7ish. TERRIBLE customer service.

I eat waba on the regular, and this is by far the dirtiest location I’ve ever seen. There’s is trash all over the floor, seats and tables. I don’t think the employees bother to clean the tables at all since the place was empty when I got there. I don’t know what they’re doing in the back.

Terrible customer service very disappointing. Soda fountain had stuff coming out of it into our soda and they didn’t seem to care . Rude cashier I will drive to a different location next time .

If I could give it zero stars I would terrible customer service from the start the cashier Sandra was so rude I will never come back to this location again I ordered 3 bowls and 2 fountain drinks when I went over to get one of my drinks wich was orange it tasted terrible pure carbonation so second I try Sierra Mist and when I did black chunks of I don't even know what it was came out into my cup I start taking a zip and noticed it was disgusting I let Sandra know and she was more worried about continuing her conversation with the cook than to actually go check what's wrong with their fountain someone can get sick so I ask her if I could get another cup and straw to get a different soda put the other cup in the trash wich she saw me do I should have just gotten my money back at that point but stupidly I didn't so she tells me she will allow it this time but I can't be switching my drink ,what ? Your fountain had black chunks coming out of it then she accused me of trying to steal my second drink sorry do you not remember you charged me for 2 drinks the whole experience was terrible I was there for lunch with my small daughter and ended up leaving feeling angry and disappointed I didn't even want my food after this Sandra needs to learn to provide better customer service pay attention to what your customers order before you accuse them of trying to steal a drink and if someone shows you look stuff is coming out your soda fountain maybe check it so that nobody gets sick and place gets shut down terrible experience all around!!!
