The lady that helped me was so nice. Nice atmosphere, very relaxed vibe. I got a brown sugar boba and a cheese and chicken waffle. Simple and delicious waffle sandwich, soft and flavorful. The tea is really hitting the spot. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a boba tea and a quick snack.They also hook it up with lots of boba if you add it, and the cup has a straw hole and spout, so if you have a mouth full of boba and don't want to fight the boba with the straw for some tea, you can just take a sip from the spout. ?

This place is perfect to meet up with friends and enjoy their delicious drinks. The owner was nice and provided excellent customer service. They do have a variety of options to choose from on drinks and snacks. There are plenty of parking since it’s shared with other surrounding businesses. You can eat and drink outside or inside.

Huge boba fan and saw this new spot after shopping at Target since it is in the same parking lot area. The lady working was very nice and everything I had ordered was delicious! Ordered a pink cream milk tea and a strawberry milk tea, tasted very fresh and delicious. Waffle that was given for free was also very delicious! Will most definitely come back again :)
