On the first day after our check into our hotel, we were looking for a nice breakfast place to go. We found this place and it was more than just waffles. The waffles were four times the size of what you would expect. What do you expect for Long Beach, California. Waffles were delicious. The omelette were at least five eggs and prepared perfectly. Five of us came, and five of us had interesting breakfast. A waiter was very accommodating to tell us about Long Beach, and California. He’s been here his whole life and a very pleasant gentleman. He was honest sincere, and gave us the true nature of California. We would go to this restaurant again and hang out over drinks as well.

I am different than everyone else because the service was fine with me. Not the best I ever had but definitely within acceptable efforts. The place is nice and clean and staff friendly and helpful. The food was disappointing. The eggs tasted like the oil that everyone seems to use to cook them now. Pancakes were okay but nothing great. Sausage links were dry and tasteless, bacon was okay but nothing to celebrate. My wife's French toast was bad. The food is edible but nothing was great and I definitely think they could do better. They do validate parking which is a bonus.

The portions are amazing, a half waffle here is like a stack of pancakes at IHOP. The food came out really fast and was very enjoyable. The staff are nice and the atmosphere is good and it's super close to like 3 different hotels. A solid 9 out of 10 would recommend.

This place is definitely a spot you would love to have breakfast or brunch at, solo date, as a group even looks to be kid friendly So i was welcomed with a smile by a young lady and set immediately I sat on the inside but there is also a cute outside covered area and bar seating as well There wasn't many people when I went on a Friday around 10:45am but still a nice amount of people they had some nice music playing not to loud very there was also a Big Screen tv a the bar very chill environment. My Server Daniel was pleasant aswell he brought water to the table and took my order So I stated off with Hot chocolate with whipped cream New York steak medium well with eggs scrambled soft with American cheese and I got the half order of waffles with strawberry and Nutella the eggs were light and fluffy and the steak was cooked perfectly nice and tender my my Waffle was slightly crispy Airy and fluffy with just the right amount of strawberry and Nutella topping I was very pleased all the staff seemed very nice and welcoming it looked very clean and sanitary in there I didn't get a chance to go into the restroom to check those out but from the looks of it the eating area was clean I would definitely return and the prices are reasonable aswell this was a great first impression I'll be back soon
My boyfriend and I went and had the BEST experience!! Serge (the owner) was super accommodating and walked us through the whole menu. I got a crispy chicken salad on a wrap and my boyfriend got an omelet with potatoes. Serge got us a waffle to try and it was PERFECT! Not too heavy or thick with the perfect crisp🤤 We will be returning whenever we go back to visit Long Beach!

Day 3 in a row at & Waffles and they still haven’t missed. The place was packed as expected for a saturday but we only waited about 4 minutes. Today I tried the Sundae Waffle, and it was straight 🔥. Warm, fluffy waffle loaded with ice cream and toppings the perfect balance of sweet without being too much. At this point, coming back is mandatory. If you’ve got a sweet tooth, this one is a must-try.
