Gave me the wrong item, when I had asked a worker for help they were lying to me and one of the other workers was shaking her head no when I asked her a question as in "they couldn't get the product for me". Worst experience I ever had, never again.

Worse service here, I was looking for gift card, I asked for assistance and I was sent all over the store, one employee said this, another employee said, one gave me an I don't know, etc. If you need any assistance don't bother here at this Walmart!!!

Don't go here if you need the garden centre later at night. I thought it was quite rude the staff wouldn't let me out there despite the door being open. They told me you can't look after the plants late at night. That should be made clear online or at the front doors. I wouldn't have bothered coming in here if I had known this

Listening to broadcastify LBPD scanner right now and they are looking for a customer with a knife who stole an iPad. Reports are mixed if he in the store or if he ran out back towards the police dept firing range. Wow & yikes I looked on here to see what time the electronic section closes on a saturday night at the 24 hr Walmart and looks like the whole store closes at 10pm. Doesn't really matter much to me anymore that their new hours are about as convienent as any other store because I boycott all smarts until they cut ties with Mike Lindell and MyPillows

The service at this Walmart location is usually not bad. On my last visit it was horrible. They put the worst possible person at the exit to check customer receipts as you leave the store. Her name was Melvina and her actions along with ZERO social skills was so horrible that I eventually demanded to speak with a store manager. I'd shown her my receipt for the few (visible and unbagged) things I'd purchased at this store that were in the upper basket only, explaining to her that the items in my bags were from other stores. She actually had the nerve to rifle through my sealed bags rubbing her grubby yellow press on finger nails up against the grapes I'd gotten from a high end produce store called Sprouts. I actually said to her, 'Stop physically touching my foods!' When I did speak to the store manager I asked WHO thought it would be a good idea to put an employee with NO social skills at all out in front dealing with the public!? The manager was apologetic and said they'd speak with Melvina. As she's thumbing through my grapes with dirty press on nails and no gloves 7 or 8 people are exiting the store without showing any receipt at all. Ghetto Barbie Melvina is SO inappropriate and has no business at all in customer care or relations! Let her work stockroom or ACTUALLY train her how to interact and speak to customers and that you DON'T touch their food or property.

Always come to this location for basic household stuff. Stopped by today to switch out my propane tank. I have been standing by the propane exchange for over 20 min now and still no employee, called the store and some lady extremely friendly use answered and said we are understaffed so you have to wait longer then hung up on me! Fortunately the guy that came out was nice and respectful! Walmart please stop hiring disrespectful people that don't care about customers. Next time I will just go to my local gas station for propane

The staff was acting like a unlicensed police. Please Do Not Tell me how to wear or not wear a Mask ! It is my right as an American citizen to make my choices and decisions . Wal mart employees should mind their business , or else I will gladly shop somewhere else.

This location is a hit or miss. I recommend doing curbside pick up. The app is easy to use and they usually recommend good substitutions. This location comes out quickly once you arrive and carefully puts the groceries into your trunk. My last trip for pick up went so quickly. Ethan was efficient and placed the groceries neatly in my trunk so when I came home, it was all safe and easy to unload.

This is my favorite Walmart location. Every store employee I passed acknowledged me and were so friendly and accommodating! I've never had problems with anyone here, but it seemed like they stepped up customer service for sure! Love this store even more! Great products, even brand name products at great prices!

I generally dont shop at Walmart often, But since i live in Los Alimitos, This is the closest one. But i am glad i have lots of choices, Cause i could shop at my Buena Park or Westminster locations that are closer to me as well. My first time here tonight, i was killing some time to check out some jogging shoes at some good prices. Store was pretty packed with the Covid protocols going on. Took me awhile to get in and out with all the Town Center parking. Staff are unprofessional and just damn dont care about their jobs.

Incompetent staff and pick up orders cannot be processed if their new pick up tower breaks. I wasted over an hour being pointed to three different staff members before a manager finally came up and said orders could not be fulfilled. How does the staff working around pick up not know this information? You cost me 30min of my work day which is money out of my pocket only to be told I have to come back another day?

During my recent visit , I was very dissatisfied with the long line while checking out. They could much better, not sure but it seems to have something to do with the customers that shop there. Definitely need to do better!!!

I hate Hate Hate trying to get something out of their pharmacy or paint section. What's the point of the Freaken help button if NO ONE COMES TO HELP!?!? This is the ump-teen time it has happened. I cannot remember the one time i had help getting ANYTHING out of show case displays glass cabinets... And I've asked two workers to help and their excuse I'll get someone for you... if that someone has not seen the multiple times I've pressed the help button what use will you be "getting some one" and NOT coming back?!? How will you ever sell anything out of there if your customers can't get help to get it open?!? COME ON WALMART.
