More variety than anticipated. They have a full kitchen...who knew? Prices weren't too bad either

We spend a day on the roof top pool, with this amazing views and went down to the hotel bar after 4pm to grab some cocktails and food. It was very pleasant and positive. The bartender was so nice and service was great.
Perfect stop after shopping or just grab some cocktail to freshen up lol

This place sucks. The costumer service is horrible I went with my husband to grab a drink and I needed to use restrooms, they almost don’t let me go in until my husband pay for the drink. After I ordered a 6 dollars coffee and they serve in a plastic to go cup. The 2 persons are there that are supposed to give a 5 starts service should be at home or working in an office because they make the place looks really bad.

Breakfast is really bad and expensive. The latte tastes like water.

The Revitalize smoothie is perfect and the Pike breakfast sandwich is filling. Great place to go if you’re not in a rush!

Bad coffee. I ordered a traditional macchiato, but received a large latte. Brought it back and explained what I ordered and was told there’s only a button for latte or cappuccino? Then don’t let me order a macchiato. He me a small latte instead, which is not a macchiato.$30 for two bad coffees, a decent pastry, and okay fruit.

Way too slow for a hyatt when you know your customers are scarfing down food and running to conferences. Asked how long it would take before ordering - told it would be a couple minutes. Took 30 min for eggs and toast. Messed up multiple ppl’s order as well.

Soo it took me waaaayyy too long to post this review, but when we left this bar lol I didn’t remember a damn thing!! This place is ? ?? the bartender, I think Ashley, was too legit and the guy, I think Richard, were soo fun to talk too and be around! I can’t wait to visit Long Beach again because this is the place I’m going!! Best drinks I’ve honestly had since I’ve been in CA!!! ?? ??

I just left this place 10min ago . The heavy set woman with black curly hair that works there is the rudest person I've seen work in the service industry. If she doesn't like her job then find another one. She was rude while placing my order, "what do you want to order.. .wait wait.... I got that already" ... she was rude and ignoring us while giving our food came out and the staff didn't give us our drinks. Do not waste your money

This hotel lounge bar is legit. The custom rotating seasonal cocktail menus are impressive. I’ve experienced my fair share of lounge and speakeasy bars, and Mike the bartender is a talented mixologist. Amazing service and experience. The curated cocktails and a solid happy hour menu keep me coming back.

In terms of cocktails I only appreciate mixology bars and didn’t think a hotel lounge would meet by bar. I was wrong, their bartender Mike has an amazing bartender and shared how customized their menu is. I’m truly impressed. Highly recommend the Smoked Apples.
