The cashiers at this location have very little to no experience on customer service etiquette. It’s usually a reflection of management, and for this location it shows that their service to customers is TRASH.

My wings weren't adequately sauced (they were literally dry to touch)...disappointed.

Let me start by saying that Wingstop USED to be my favorite place. Unfortunately, not anymore. This was my first time visiting this location and to my surprise...my last!First thing... I'm placing my order and I mentioned to the cashier that I wanted my order to be a combo ..he snaps back and says... it's the only way it comes so you have no choice...in a snappy tone. I'm like...oooookkkkkkk. But the bigger issue is the fact that I paid $20 for 8 drummets...nasty, soggy fries and a small fountain soda. So... attitude+overpriced food= No Thank You!!!! Never again!

Employee with plugs and glasses was so inefficient with the line. So much so that the people in front of me kept correcting him and it made the whole order process ridiculously long. I've gone there before and most other employees are super kind and friendly. Maybe he shouldn't be working register? Poor guy doesn't seem to listen or like people :/

Friday not the best night to order wings as it took almost 30 mins for wings ! Yes it was busy but it's wings! I've worked in the restaurant industry for 14 yes to know that those wings need to be constantly dropped as its busy not wait 30 mins for wings besides that. Cashier read my order hack how I explained it to him and it sounded correct but when I checked my order it was anything but right! All flats extra crispy was not the case .instead I got them mix and not crispy at all if anything I felt like I got the soggiest wings ever.rather then saying something since obviously they were knee deep in the weeds and staff looked overwhelming as is .I decided to just let it go

The best chicken wings are the freshest chicken wings, here at this DTLB outpost of this very popular chain. We've ordered carryout from this location many times, but this was the first time we ate inside (and didn't use the app). The layout is very similar to other Wingstops, with plenty of indoor seating occupying most of the restaurant. We got in line, ordered, and paid for the 8 wing combo, choice of two flavors with handcut fries, dipping sauce, and fountain drink ($16.69)..it's only $1.10 more for two more wings so should have gotten that. They fry their wings only after it is ordered. It took about 10 minutes or so for my name to be called, at which point I picked it up from the counter. The 10 minutes gave me time to try the various Coke Freestyle flavors, many of which were sugar-free, which I liked. The condiment counter has a large roll of industrial napkin rolls and a large ketchup container. Because the wings were very fresh, it was stil very cruncy, even drenched in sauce (plenty generous with Hot Classic and Korean BBQ)...and that's the absolute best way to eat chicken wings...seconds after it has been cooked. I think that's the reason why folks love Korean Fried chicken so much...because it maintains it's crunchiness even after minutes sitting around. Wingstop wings will get a bit soggy, so really appreciated eating these right away. The size of each wing was actually smaller than what we've had before...I think everyone is at the mercy of the supply chain...BS to anyone who says they can always give jumbo wings, no matter what. It came with hand cut, skin-on fries, and because they were fresh, they were very good...though I wish they hadn't given so many of the bottom dregs in our order (we were hungry so we ate those too). I'm sure it's a lot better when the restaurant is more busy and turning over its food faster. Also, I wish they had wetnaps available to clean your hands after eating...because of the location, the bathrooms here are locked and didn't feel like bothering the staff for the code just to wash my hands afterwards.Everytime I eat chicken wings, I can't help but observe there is only 4 pieces that one can source from one chicken and a typical meal of wings can easily go to 8+ per person. If genetic engineering becomes the future, I'm pretty sure that one of the first uses will be to create chickens with 6+ 'wings' for farming and less waste....for I (like many other adults) do not think 'boneless wingz' are wings at all...in taste and otherwise.

Wings were really tasty as were the fries. Also had a Mello Yellow which I hadn't had in years. Bonus is the 2 hour free parking right behind the restaurant (enter the lot on 3rd).
