This place can get busy. Best to order by using the app or walk-in. I called in 10min ahead as I was driving towards the shop. Was placed on hold and was still on hold when I arrived. Hung up and decided to order in person.
There were four other people ahead of me and one person working the register and manning the phone. As I was waiting in line, five callers were received and placed on hold while the walk-in was taken cared of.
This is first time I’ve experienced this at this particular shop. It’s not a knock against the workers. They were doing the best they can at this moment.
This is for the customers, including myself, best to order by using the app. Other than that, the workers are cool, friendly, and I enjoy their wings above others.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience here! What really stood out was the exceptional service from a young man working there. He was incredibly understanding and helpful in figuring out exactly what we needed. He even went above and beyond by recommending Halal Chicken, which was a great suggestion! As visitors from Canada, we really appreciated the warm welcome and how he made our visit so pleasant. His friendly attitude and helpfulness truly made our day. I can't wait to come back!
