Went here, ordered ahead of time, went there when it said it wad going be ready and it wasn't. On the contrary waited a whole hour to get our food, mobile order was in. Why did it take a whole HOUR!? Never again.

First time coming to this location. Ordered online, and as I walked in, there 2 women behind the counter - didn't greet me and just handed me my order without saying thank you. I checked my order and they forgot to give me my cup! Will not be coming to this place for this reason.

The first time I ordered for pick up, my 4 fries came undercooked even though I asked for them well done. On top of that, I paid for a large ranch (which equals 6 small ones), but they only gave me two small cups. When I called to complain, they offered me store credit.

When I went to redeem it three weeks later, they said it was only good for two weeks, but they’d still honor it. They finally gave me the large ranch, but believe it or not, the 4 fries were still undercooked.

From now on, I’ll only be going to the 4th Street location. I just wish I would’ve read the reviews on this horrible place before wasting my money and time here.

Decided to try Wingstop again since it’s been about 5 years since I ate here.
Absolutely Disappointing Experience at Wingstop
I ordered from Wingstop hoping for some tasty wings, but what a letdown! The wings were disgustingly overcooked, with more crust then nuggets that made them nearly inedible. ( I think I broke a piece of my tooth) The sauce, which I was excited about, was slathered so much on the BBQ that it taste like BBQ crisp without chicken —some nuggets were drenched and the flavors were off, tasting more like chemicals than the promised Garlic Parmesan or Lemon Pepper.
The portion sizes were shockingly small for the price. I paid nearly $20 for a combo that left me hungry, with tiny nuggets that looked more like a piece of breading no chicken and a handful of them were soggy, . The ranch dip I paid extra for was watery and tasteless. To top it off, the service was slow and the staff seemed indifferent when I pointed out the issues. They were busy but no reason for this with so many choices to choose to spend my money.
Save your money and go somewhere else for wings. This was a complete waste of time and cash.

One redeemable thing was the corn was good.
I wish I would have read the reviews prior to ordering food last night. I might of made a better decision.

Waited for 15 mins for my food and the place was a mess did not let us eat inside wingstop because they were closing early due to short staff their was a lot of trash on tables, the floors, and also where the condiments where at next to the soda machine

Don’t bother ordering here unless you want to pay for food that you won’t receive! Waited nearly 30 minutes for 2 meals, by the time we got home we realised they’d missed one of the meals out. Phoned the store to ask if we could get a refund, to only be told we have 2 options (either go back to get the missing order or have store credit) which were not suitable for us. The staff were rude & the restaurant inside wasn’t the cleanest either. Avoid and save your money.

Wingstop is my favorite restaurant hands-down I’m disappointed in Wingstop, I know everyone has to make a living, I really don’t like seeing elderly people working at Wingstop due to their poor customer service and behavior, when I think of Wingstop, I think of vibrant young people that are efficient with awesome customer service, I’ve had the worst Wingstop experience at this location, a customer complained about their fries, the Elderly woman that worked in the store was very rude, I stayed silence. Once I got my food, my fries were so salty. They were unbearable. I couldn’t even eat them, I didn’t wanna complain because I seen How poor the customer service was, I went to another Wingstop downtown Long Beach, I told them exactly what happened. They made me a fresh batch of fries, the fries were so salty. It was unbearable, I believe that the salt shaker may be broken and the employees do not realize it. Wingstop, please stop hiring these old fogie women and these big lazy disrespectful men

Ordered a sandwich combos for dine in. They obviously forgot about until I stood by the counter to ask about it. No pickles on the sandwich and the fries were old trash. When I mentioned it to the clerk behind the counter all he said was “aw dang” the manager was also standing there and said nothing.
Let’s face it, expectations aren’t high for this type of “dining” but “aw dang” maybe try just a little harder.
