My wife and I are a biracial couple, we purchased some food from the the Long Beach Ximeno location and was very disappointed to discover when we opened our package it was old food and it was very Discusting to realize that the Mexican worker’s were not happy about our relationship.. it was a pure rasist act , we had to throw it out ? who ever owns that particular store should look into this matter before you lose your business and reputation. This happens 2/2/24 at 2:o’clock pm..

My son is Developmentally Delayed and he went to pick up his lunch that I ordered for him online in my Name. Mind you this isn't the first time I've ordered for him online in my name and his Name.I was on the phone with him while he asked the manager for the food in my name, she says she needs a confirmation number, well this is a first so I called her at the store.My son told her I was calling to confirm 20 minutes later she still hadn't answered the phone. My son told me she just looked at the phone walked away.Meantime she could have been missing customers questions by being selfish. 30 minutes later she gave him the food and said he should go somewhere else next time.Wait,...What.... If you expect to be paid attention to an ordering go somewhere else. I go up to order and the girl is on her phone texting telling me to hold on. It's not busy and I have places to be but she has to text and fight her boyfriend at work. Unprofessional. Please get new staff.

Never ever ever ever again !! All I can say DONT do it .1st of all location has gone down hill ambiance is None !! But what can you expect at Traffic circle location. Busy area , lots traffic , crowded parking lot .The Food ... Eh!! I used to love wings from wingstop they were a quick go to . But for 17$$$ .. nope !! Never ever again, you can buy Charro chicken for whole bird 25$ AND Wingstop now charges for your dipping sauce 2$ each , they been charging 1.50 if you want the celery n carrot sticks . NOPE ! Won't get me again

I placed my order by phone an hour in advance and asked that they please have it ready so I could be home for kickoff with dinner. When I arrived, the order was not ready. The order was wrong. The shift lead tried to get me to take it anyway. After waiting a bit I got the right order but was charged an additional $6+ for part of my original order she said that she didn't charge me. I didn't understand this as it made no sense!! I will not be a patron at this site because they rarely get my order right, while the other workers were fine. The lead person was not.

Every single fxxxing time I come here they mess something up, every time!! Last time it was missing seasoning on the fries, this time it was missing ranch out of my order. I spent almost $60 on food, is accuracy too much to ask for? They're a mess at this location. I literally live in the neighborhood but will drive to the other side of town to a different store before I order from here again. They will literally mess your order up get an attitude when you call or go back to get the issue rectified. GO TO HELL!!

The worst wingstop location.Workers dont wanna work here, quality of food is so bad. Good luck reaching them using phone they never pick up. Called 7x 5mins hold each no answer. Placed an order online & i still had to wait 30mins after it says my food is ready. Such a bad customer service

Worst place ever first of all they messed up on my order they still had the nerve to tell me to take there wings back so I can get my boneless 6 piece combo and they still wanna keep my fries I know boneless combo is cheaper than traditional and I got charge for traditional with no fries. I told the older lady working there in charge and she said she couldn't do anything about it. Woooow really bad service
