Never an issue with my food. The order is always correct. Friendly staff. Easy over the phone orders. They always remind you of the fact that the place is card only. Always clean to.

Wing stop always hits, ranch is the best around, love the garlic parm. While staff may not be the greatest the food is majority of the time going to make up for it.

My favorite wingstop location because they get it right every time. Fast great service especially the closing team. Very clean inside. This is the best wingstop I've ever had.

Some Wingstop Guru made the decision to implement A. I. artificial intelligence, which IS most likely monitored in the Philippines. This A.I. didn't quite get it right. Go figure ? this WINGSTOP GURU also decided to stop accepting cash, so kids now have to walk around with their AMERICAN EXPRESS CARDS. REALLY GET A CLUE MANY PEOPLE USE CASH AND DONT HAVE ACCESS TO CARD PAYMENTS OR CHOOSE NOT TO DO SO DUE TO THE RISK OF IDENTITY THEFT. GURU GET A CLUE A.I. SHOULD STAND FOR AUTOMATED IDIOT.

Delicious food, but look out for their service. I placed an order online and showed up about five minutes early to pick it up. Waited about 15 minutes and watched people come and go. And I start realizing that the guy in the back in the kitchen looks concerned. Turns out he's given my order to someone else. She ended up bringing it back. And then he handed it to me after he re-bagged it I guess. I asked him is this the same one she just left with and then came back and is it OK? And he said yeah I'm sure she didn't open it. OK... so he sees my hesitation and he says I'll make you another one. And I said you know what I've already waited way past my time I gotta go. Well, my husband said no way we're not eating that, so we tossed it. I wrote a note on the Wingstop website with what happened. And today I got a five dollar gift card (which is half of what I had to throw away) What a joke! How about you teach your staff more about safety and sanitation. And giving me food that's already been in another persons car? Hime? Hands? Gross! This was in front of three other Wingstop associates, so I don't know if one of them was the lead. But nobody said anything while this was happening. Which is doubly worse. Dictated so I hope this reads OK.

Decided to give them another try since the last visit. Their flavors are good that's why we used to come. Service was quick. But same thing again food wasn't really crispy chicken. Fries were under cooked. Barely eatable. Undercooked. We asked for well done. Extra seasoning. Not much seasoning. My fiancé and I had to pick through them all.

Ordered 20 pcs of "wings". Received 20 pieces of drumsticks. That in itself was really bad. Then all of the drumsticks way over cooked to the point being rock hard. Could not eat half of them.

So, my son had a bowling tournament at Call Bowl in Long Beach a few weeks ago. After the tournament he went to Wingstop on Cherry Avenue to get food .Well he wasn't able to purchase food because he was told that , that Wingstop doesn't take cash..Thank goodness I was near by because he was hot, tired , hungry and frustrated for lack of not understanding what our future is becoming .My emotions were battled because he wants to do things without assistance but at this rate.....
