I had the pleasure of meeting Alan C. I will keep his last name private. He has excellent customer service. It was going on closing time and he still gave the up most greetings and customer service. On down time he was wiping down the tables and re stocking the beverage bar. It was truly great to run into someone like him. I hope nothing the abundance and the best, as well I hope he goes far in the company. Great job Alan! I live across the street so yes I come often!

I used to really enjoy eating here. I came in about 2 weeks ago, ordered and when I was about to pay they said they didn’t accept cash anymore, nor did they accept the credit card I had been trying to pay with. seriously ridiculous, guess I’m never coming here again. used to go often. I’d like to also add on that they said they don’t accept card nor the credit card I was trying to pay with to make the experience apparently more “enjoyable” actual bs.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent order placed at around 10:42 pm on October 14, 2025. I specifically ordered two six-piece servings—one boneless and one classic—with the classic order requested as all flats, well done. However, upon arriving home, I was dismayed to find that I received four drums and only two flats, accompanied by an excessive amount of seasoning, and none of the well-done chicken I had paid extra for. This experience has left me highly upset, as I not only paid for something I did not receive, but I also faced the frustration of being unable to contact anyone for assistance after my order was messed up. This was not just a minor inconvenience; it completely ruined my meal. I expect better service and accountability, and I will be bringing my order back in the morning to ensure this issue is resolved. It is unacceptable for customers to receive incorrect orders and have no recourse for resolution, and I hope that immediate action will be taken to rectify this situation.

Worst thing I ever heard a restaurant say, and still be open at that. I ordered over the phone 10 pieces then I got there they gave me 6pieces what ever maybe it was a miss dial. But I paid for my food the lady gives me my order and hands me a water and says “sorry our machine isn’t working our water is CONTAMINATED” I was so disgusted thinking that they are even open serving this food. Never going bac. First off how do they wash there hands and how do they wash chicken if “WATER is CONTAMINATED”.

I went today to place an order and I was very disappointed (cashier was awesome) but I over heard the workers state that one of the cooks was working sick with COVID of course they were using face mask but the point here is that they had someone sick working at the momento how is that possible he was touching our food we could get sick, of course I put the wings on the trash but could you imagine if another guest they didn’t know this , they went home and eat it their families are exposed to it and I know Covid now days is not scary anymore but restaurant should know that when someone is sick they cannot have them working, hope health department or someone take care of this cuz is no right for us as a customers and for the employees that were working there today
