Don't use the wingstop app for deliveries the service they use is very unreliable and the delivery driver will pick your order up and then cancel your order. No reason at all. Now I'm out 50 dollars because even customer support is not helpfull at all.

Employees don't even smile and not paying attention to the orders!I waited for almost 30mins and no one even apologized for forgetting to make my order.Diego was very rude and did not even sorry!None of them wears gloves.Sanitation is bad and no one even washes their hands.Wait is ridiculous.

The service is so bad. They took my order, and after i ordered they told me it was going to be a 15 minute wait. 25 minutes go buy and they did not announce my food until I asked them. It seemed like they forgot to say my order along with 2 other food dashers. I get my fries and they're cold and chewy.

I went to this location at a very reasonable time and the wait time was ridiculous. The staff was very slow and inattentive. Walk in orders that came in after mines was done before mines. Not to mention they catered to food delivery orders before walk ins. The worker also stopped to eat donuts from Big Johns Donuts in the same parking lot. What a shame! Would not recommend this location.

The food was so good and tasty just like any wings stop. I was not happy with the cashier Keven. He was hesitant to give me utensils and I didn't like the way he put my fries in my bag. OK we had great food service and clean store but we ordered ahead pre-paid in advance but they told us bcz some ppl don't pick them up they don't make them until we arrive. Us" BUT THE WINGS ARE PAID FOR BEFORE" Them " but we don't want to throw them away" US " but their paid for make them " this went on for 10min by phone. Bless the workers heart. We finally worked out that they would fry up our wings but not sauce them until we got there. Note to Wingstop, NOT A SINGLE WING WAS THROWN AWAY LoL.
